Well, first this review is about Tiffany B. & not for Lindsay, who I did not met, but met Tiffany for first time; disappointed about the service at this beauty salon! The salon seemed very disorganized/not clean with hair all over the floor & trying to avoid stepping on cut hair on the floor. Tiffany did sweep some cut hair from previous client but seemed to miss all of the hair on the floor stepping on that same left over hair over & over. There was containers of used hair color & dirty supplies, empty boxes & food throughout salon. I never did see Tiffany or other staff wash their hands before eating their delivered food nor after eating their food then touching my hair again from eating food with crumbs. I didn't see equipment cleaners for combs/scissors used for different clients. I was treated with poor customer service with minimal greeting as new client first time being at this salon. First, my greeting was that I was scolded for using certain other products & for not having blowed dry hair when I gave in when was not told to come into salon in certain condition/way. I came in trying to show my hair with grey showing to know where the grey was located to focus on using solid color to cover up my grey hair. A picture was sent to Tiffany to get idea which at the end my hair did NOT look like my own picture which color done too dark color & my hair not styled as agreed upon when appt made ) a day before the original appt & the service I was seeking (color to cover grey, haircut & also hairstyle) with options given for highlights for more price than what as agreed upon initially so I insisted just one solid color only) via text. So, originally appt that was arranged in advance was cancelled by Tiffany, then was asked if I could rearrange my planned scheduled to change time again for earlier time in the day of changed appt, but I was not able to come in earlier based on the fact that I had already rearranged my schedule from Tiffany cancelling the day before. Then, I was treating like I was inconvenience for being there with Tiffany constantly saying she had to see several clients at once & very busy was not feeling well & very tired & ready to get out of there soon... rushing through my entire time there to color w/ solid /one color, cut & supposed to get hair styling at the end. Then, my hair was pulled back roughly when trying to get comfortable in chair (I am short so challenge to reach & was trying to scoot back into the chair on the shampoo/rinse sink. Then, my shoulders & neck were pushed on roughly by Tiffany (when I have had neck injury before so I'm sensitive on my neck area) trying to force my shoulders go down (when I was already a bit nervous/tense being there for first time & things started out so poorly of being scolded when I first arrived) Then, there was argumentative behavior about face masks & vaccine issues, so I just stated my point & trying to ignore opinionated statements by Tiffany. Then, started to change topics & talk about my family & then she started to compare & argue about that conversation also. So, during the wait time of coloring which seemed shorter time than normal (didn't see or hear timer like most hair dressers say certain time.. no timer went off like most places) they were eating food & alot of hair color was left on my face on my forehead & sides of my face (which was dark color) & I had to really scrub my face very hard to get hair color off when I got home when I could have been offered cloth to wipe my face or something. Then, there is more, I asked Tiffany how the color turned out & if my grey hair was colored/covered because I had my glasses off & she seemed to get defensive.. (saying just because you can't see it that she could see it & it was fine without making sure I was pleased with color) I started to check inside the depth of my hair where some of the grey was located before to make sure & she questioned what I was doing with my own hair.. it's my own hair to check ).. I told Tiffany that I part my hair to the right side & not the middle & she insisted she had to part in the middle to cut my hair evenly (when others have never said that before) that was asking about the outcome of my hair color .. which I was just making sure color went well okay.. Then., at the end when Tiffany finished blow drying my hair, she started to take off the cover cape & I asked why my hair was not styled as agreed upon & my bangs were not cut thoughly & styled to cover my forehead like I requested in text/verbal instructions, and Tiffany insisted she already styled my hair with blow dryer when she didn't even use the hot hair straighter; she had to plug in straighter again. so I asked for comb to side part & given roughy;she blow dried my hair back & just pulled all my hair back no part at all & asked where my bangs were & insisted the bangs were there, so I started to find my bangs all pulled back & my hair was all frizzy/wild fly away.not going ba read more
