My sister lives in the area and she is a regular client here. Every time I fly out to visit her, she books a pedicure for me, too. I've had pedicures for guys other places designed for men, but none compare to the quality of service you receive here! Everyone is so friendly, they know their clients by name, and make you feel right at home. The massage chairs in the spa are absolutely amazing! Such a nice touch while the technician was working her magic with collagen, paraffin wax, the whole works! I was a walk in customer. I was back in a chair within minutes. Their pedicure area is in a separate room, but you can see the salon through windows. It also has side curtains between the chairs so you don't feel like you're being stared at. The pedicure I got was the $57 service. Long did my pedicure and it was awesome. My daughter and I had a great experience at Bliss today! We each got gel manicure and pedicure. My daughter wanted cats on her nails that she saw online and Long delivered!!! Wow, so cute!! I was embarrassed about the terrible condition of my hands...all dried out and awful cuticles! Mary was so sweet and said that's ok, we will fix that for you, otherwise we wouldn't have a job!! The massage is my favorite part...the other two ladies that helped were equally as wonderful but I didn't get their names . The salon is not the cleanest and they reuse anything they can, including nail polish remover (if they remove a light or clear color). My daughter and I got pedicures there (at different times) and the young lady that worked with us was very rough. As a result, my daughter had two of her toe nails fall off and then the same thing happened to me. I went to my dermatologist to ask why this happened and she confirmed my nail bed was damaged by the technician. I'll never go back there again and would advise others to find a cleaner operation. read more

This place is amazing! I love the pedicure. They always treat you well, extremely friendly, and almost put me to sleep when massaging my feet and calves. I have always seen them wearing mask and gloves, must be health conscious, good for them. I seen a comment about them not wearing masks, the person is telling a lie or may have posted on the wrong place. Never seen them without a mask except when they are not with a customer. I expected a lot out of this place because of the reviews. We (friend and I) walked in and were greeted and seated pretty quickly. We chose our colors but were not offered a selection for a pedicure. The menu shows multiple options but we were just given 1 option. The pedicure was incredibly basic, no massage, no wax, no hot stones or anything extra. I did not feel as though dead skin was exfoliated or any additional care was provided outside of preparing the nails for paint. Usually salons try to upsell or provide different offerings, but there was none of that. The employees do not wear gloves or masks, which doesn't affect me but are usually standard practices on behalf of the employees. I chose the same color as my friend which did not seem to be an issue, but was asked if I wanted to choose a different color at the time of them being painted so it could go by faster. There are also no complimentary beverages which would have been an enhancement for the experience. The lady performing the devices was super friendly, but the salon overall did not meet my expectations. I usually enjoy getting the higher menu priced pedicures as I enjoy taking care of my feet, but unfortunately this experience was merely getting gel added to my toes and that was about it. To top it off, they only accept Venmo, cash, or check. After paying the exact amount I was then asked if wanted to add more for a tip. read more

New to town and so I'm trying different nail places. I walked into Bliss and was seated right away which was nice. They do also take appointments. Social distancing in place and masks worn and everything is very clean with excellent color choices. However, I was disappointed in a few things: --nails are not wrapped so you soak off by putting entire end of fingers in bowl of acetone -- this really dries out the pads of my fingers --Manicure was quick and rushed with a super short massage just put lotion on in a minute after gel polish -- I wasn't in a hurry but felt rushed -- no sleeves for hands for warmth or paraffin etc -- no oil to help cuticles --no TV to occupy your time since you can't read or look at your phone --no credit cards -- only cash or Venmo -- check out was rushed and unfriendly, I would've made an appointment for 2 weeks out but never had the chance --no drink offered (water, soda, etc) which I found to be strange and I didn't bring anything in with me I'll want to hope for better so in 2 weeks I'll try again and hope for a pampering experience on the next visit! Worst nail experience of my life. They rushed me to pick out a color. Pressured me into doing gel even though I said regular polish 4 times, then she just did gel on me. Had me in a manicure station and then randomly turned my body to where I was facing forward but my legs were off to my side to do my toes. I told them I was uncomfortable multiple times and they ignored me. The guy doing my toes aggressively took off my shoes and hurt my foot. The girl doing my manicure nicked my nail bed and I was bleeding all over. They rushed to get me in and out. At the end they wanted me to Venmo which I felt like was a weird payment for a business. Don't understand why the reviews are so high. I had rude ass technicians that kept on talking about me in Vietnamese when I am viet and speak it fluently. The nail tech complained about doing her job taking off my gel nails. Then the person doing my pedicure kept on saying I had on dip nails when it wasn't. Like it took the nail tech working on my nails over 30-45 mins to take off my gel nails and she kept on complaining about the time. Don't understand why she used the drill on my nails and it took off perfectly fine but after that she stopped using the drill and did the slower method having me dip my hand in water with acetone so of course that'll take longer. It was so disturbing that I told her I don't want my nails painted anymore and she was like "oh, why" like girl you kept on complaining about the time. Then the technicians kept on talking to each other about my ethnicity if I was Filipino or Thai when I'm neither. Also, the lady that did my pedicure re-uses her foot scrub tools, that is definitely not sanitary. I did not want service from these technicians anymore so I told them I do not want the nail color polish on me and to just be done with it. When I walked to pay to the counter I was charged $77 for not even receiving the full service, the receptionist didn't even bother to ask how my nail salon experience was. If you want to experience shitty ass service, racism, and have bad nails then go here. The owner Long texted me saying he was sorry I had a bad experience and if I come back then I'll be offered a discount. In what world would someone ever go back to a filthy place.
