They communicated promptly and did the actual work very quickly while being respectful of our property (as well as the surrounding properties). And yes - our technician arrived in a kilt. She was emailed directly by a woman affiliated with the company who requested payment via Venmo. After the payment was sent--using the exact information provided in that email--the same person denied ever sharing a Venmo account and claimed they never received anything. We contacted the police immediately, and after reviewing the evidence, they confirmed this situation is highly suspicious and likely fraudulent. A formal investigation is underway. This business is not trustworthy. Save yourself the stress, money, and legal hassle--go anywhere else.
