Frist time trying this place, and I would definitely come back here again. The place is real nice, a real sports bar setup, with numerous big screens to watch your favourite game, along with many PlayStation booths and other games.. The hookah was great, service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was perfect, they open at 1pm, so that's also a plus since they're earlier than other similar cafes in the city. Amazing place! Really cool and chill atmosphere. They just switched owners, so I don't know if old reviews count now, so let me give you one that does! First off, the staff was super helpful to me and the BF who hasn't been to a hookah place in I can't tell you how long. We were greeted at the door, and was helped out. Staff was hella friendly. They kinda treated us like family. There is plenty of space, different things to do, and the couches are comfy!! They have stuff to buy and drink there. They also have a really nice bathroom. It's a nice millennial vibe, different people of all shapes, color, and sizes were there and super chill with each other. We had 2 heads of the premium hookah ( which they hooked us up, they are so nice!). Both where smooth and the taste was AMAZING. Drink weren't badly prices either, about the same as a gas station. They have cigarettes and other smoking supplies. One thing I thought was hella freakin cool is that 1: every head/bowl is an orange. 2: you can get them to go if you have a hookah at home and don't feel like smoking there. It was lovely night I spent with my friends at Blo, this hookah bar is stylish , has beautiful interior design with big screens for almost each table and you can change the channel as you like by your self, this make you feel like home. The service is excellent and fast in bringing the order (hookah) , they provide each table with wireless calling system , server paging for guest to call waiter and they have free WiFi too. The music is electrical , I love it but little pit loud . The price is 20$ , little bit expensive for hookah but the environment was awesome. read more

My friends recommended this lounge, so we went to try it out. The atmosphere looks appealing, so that's not where my complaint is at all. My friend and I ordered a grape hookah. We normally smoke at home, and smoke grape nearly every day (so we know what it tastes like). It took them nearly 30 minutes to bring us our hookah. When we finally got it, it tasted like chalk. It was basically pure smoke with no flavor at all. I went to the front desk and asked them to change it, and they said someone would be with us shortly. Nearly 15 minutes later, someone finally came from the back and actually argued with me somewhat in the manner of "Of course this is grape. Are you kidding me? I packed it myself. It tastes like grape. Do you wanna bet?" I was taken aback. So, he offered to replace it... and it wasn't any better. It was a chalky smoke with no flavor at all. The other two hookahs at our table tasted fine, but the coals were long cold before we could get someone's attention to change them. We were there for about an hour and half and only received coals twice. Needless to say, I won't be going back. read more

Okay I would give this a one star, but not everyone that works here deserves a bad rating. So my story is: One night my ladies and I came here after working a long shift. We got a hookah and were chilling, but not even a half hour later we were told to buy another head. One hour goes by and they finally switched the heads, but surprise their was nothing in the orange. Five minutes later we got approached then kicked out because they were "Closing". I understand you want to close and go home, but the funny thing was a group of people were walked in as we were getting ready to leave. My girls and I watched this group buy a hookah then get served. Friendly staff, too - they come to check on you often, and ask if there's anything else they can do for you, I've never needed to flag anyone down for service. The music gets a bit loud at times, so it's sometimes a bit difficult to talk to friends around the table - especially on the weekends. Went to this place because Krave, aka Ice Hookah Lounge, was closed. Not a bad place. Good hookahs and good entertainment. Most employees were great. Unfortunately my server, a little blonde named Madison, was not. I smoked an orange with watermelon freeze and then got a refill. Service was good for the first head. But my coals were changed 1 time on the second head and it went out. So..... that server got a $0 tip, while the other one, a polite brunette who'd changed my coals a couple of times earlier in the night, got a decent tip. I'll never go back again. Krave if my hookah lounge home from now on. Nayrah, the server at Krave, is the best and most attentive server I've ever had. On a side note: I did have to ask for a new hose because the server that brought it to me was puffing on my hookah as he walked it to me. But I was given a brand new hose, fresh from the package, which was opened in front of me, when I asked for it. read more

So I come from California and I was visiting Michigan to see a couple of my cousins. They took me to Blo and it was the most amazing lounge I have ever been to. Marcis hooked it up! My absolute favorite lounge! Hookah is on point, the staff is so kind but also leaves you alone and doesn't hover over you like other places. Someone comes by often to change the charcoal for you and if there's ever any issue, they do their best to resolve it. And the atmosphere is so chill and cozy!
