When I call to follow up they typically didn't answer the phone but when they did my accountant didn't call me back. I have left messages and emails with the accountant and the firm. Zero response. Last week I finally got through and they put me on hold. Almost immediately the call was dropped and never did get a call back. At this point it kind of feels like shame on me for being this patient. I went into the office today to tell them to forget about it and I will be going elsewhere. From looking at the reviews it looks like this is something that happens often so I strongly recommend to not let Accounting & Tax "profressionals" waste your time!

Fast forward to my trip and I asked to have the my limits raised for a week. They declined, leaving me with two options: A $500 daily limit in Vegas or carrying around a bunch of cash in Phoenix prior to hitting Vegas. Neither was great. I ended up paying out the wazoo in ATM and cash advance fees. Additionally, the mobile app seems to be very clunky and somewhere in 2017 in terms of functionality. There's also been multiple times where the system crashes and access to my accounts is unavailable. I'll give them its nice having instant deposit credits when using the mobile app. However, the negatives outweigh the positives. I've taken the majority of my business to an online bank; I'll end up getting the same level of service.

On this preliminary call I found there was one at Community. The young lady I spoke to was kind enough to hold it for one hour, giving us a chance to get there to secure it.
