Even though I was unhappy with Mark, my association decided to continue with the business relationship as he was taking good care of us. As time went on, I have had to humble myself. Mark has proven time and time again to be the best in the business. He is deeply knowledgeable, professional, honest, and kind. His level of kindness is not always present in other professionals of his stature. As treasurer of our association, I can confirm that Mark has exemplified a focus on the needs of our association.
