Last year they came for my daughter's birthday and my daughter got a little nervous during her painting so we gave her break. Jill made sure she checked in with her often to see if she wanted to continue and ended up painting on her hand. She was able to get to most of the kids twice. This year was just as great. We had about 8 kids and most got their face and hand painted. Jill takes the time to talk to the kids and see what they are into. She even checks to see what the theme of the party is so she has some ideas. I highly, highly recommend Palm Tree Party Rentals! Can't wait to use them again!

She is never available at our times, canceled one appt 1 hour before scheduled time and last appt. on July 15th she never showed, when it was discovered on her website she had an event already booked at the same time! She actually tried to pass the blame to my daughter for her (Courtney's) lack of professionalism. We have decided due to months of trying to get our "award" honored that it is not worth it. After all, a gift certificate does not have any financial benefit, and we are uncomfortable with the idea of having our treasured photos taken by this "business"... I went in as a walk-in and was met by the friendliest, coolest staff and the vibe was immaculate. Jake had availability for my tattoo, and he was incredible from start to finish. I couldn't find exact reference photos for the tattoo I had in mind, so I came in with a collection of tattoos saved on my phone that highlighted different concepts, line work, and details I liked. Jake genuinely seemed excited about the idea and took the time to go through every detail with me as we talked through how to bring the piece to life. He then drew up a design that captured exactly what I had envisioned. Once the stencil was ready, he was just as meticulous about placement as he was about the design itself. During the tattoo, you could tell how focused he was on making every detail perfect. Such a talented artist and genuinely great dude. My wife showed him what she wanted and Sam went to work , within a few minutes she was happy and the tattoo was started. My wife already wants to go back for her next one. The whole staff was really friendly and helpful, Sam even gave us food recommendations on where to grab lunch .
