This is my first time having a Bloody Maria, which is a with Tequila instead of the traditional vodka. Which is absolutely a game changer.! I'm an Omelet and Benedict guy. Never disappointed with any of those. Oh and when you're done with your food and you want one last little drink to take you on your way. I tried this for the first time and I had things I really loved and things I wasn't really impressed with. First off we were sat immediately on a Saturday morning so I was really happy with that! Our waitress so seriously so friendly and attentive to us! We got our drinks quickly and the mimosas were amazing! Unfortunately the food really fell flat for me, I got the brisket Benedict and the corn bread was really sweet and the brisket was similar to jerky, we also got pancakes and those were also dry. Was back for a second time. Guess I had too high of expectations. The scramble eggs and hash browns were good. The fried chicken and waffle were not - both the fried chicken and waffle were warm (not hot), dried & probably over cooked. Coffee was wonderful. The server was very nice. First time here. This is a cute place. We went on a Tuesday morning, so it was not super busy. But we were greeted and sat right away. We ordered coffee, and a original bloody Mary. They were both good. We also had the lemon blueberry pancakes that was very tasty. My husband ordered the eggs Benedict. The hollandaise sauce was very good, however it could have used more man on it. But over all good breakfast. I would recommend trying this place. read more

I searched yelp for All Day Breakfast and found BMB. It's a modern feeling facility and well appointed. There is an attached gambling den that is attached through the bar. We sat at the bar on the non gambling side at lunchtime. I ordered a spicy bloody from the friendly bartender. It was a good pour and the flavor was excellent. I ordered a breakfast burrito with onions and sausage. The burrito came on a spinach tortilla. There were eggs and onions but the sausage was virtually non existent. It came with what looked like home fries on the side. I didn't eat those because whatever seasoning they put on them was full of sugar. Who puts sugar on potatoes? My wife got a smashed burger and the patties were really tiny. Her side salad was tiny too even though it was a $3 upcharge. We continue to see central IL as a food desert. The service and drinks at BMB were pretty good but the food was short on proteins and heavy on the sugar per the Midwest norm. read more

I ordered a brisket sandwich and the cook placed four strips of brisket on a bed of lettuce and sandwich bread. The cook also place a half a cup of seasoned potatoes on the plate. My wife got the Chicken and Waffles and loved it. I had the Breakfast Sandwich and it was amazing. Our waitress was friendly and helpful with the menu, all while waiting tables and tending the bar. Bloody Mary Brunch Co has officially landed in my top three breakfast spots in the area. I ordered the 2 Egg Breakfast. Scrambled eggs, bacon, house made ranch potatoes, and a biscuit. I added a side of gravy because skipping gravy feels like poor decision making. It was a solid breakfast. Everything tasted fresh and cooked right. The ranch potatoes had good flavor, and the biscuit with gravy pulled it all together. The portion size is no joke. I ate about half and tapped out. The rest came home with me and turned into a Monday morning breakfast win. Service was quick and friendly. My food came out faster than I expected. It was not very busy at the time, but I still appreciated the efficiency. The space is open and comfortable. Tables are not crammed together, which makes it easy to relax and have a conversation without feeling like you are part of the next table's breakfast. Good food. Big portions. Solid value. This place has great atmosphere. The food was very good. I got the AM Horseshoe and was offered a green chili cheese sauce or the sausage gravy. I was able to sample them both before trying. (At the servers suggestion) they were both so good. Sadly you can't get a small portion of both so you have to choose. I think they should have a small add-on for this option versus having to spend $3 on a bowl of either one or the other. I ended up with the sausage gravy but kept the sample and dipped in it because it was bomb! Another argument for them offering a 50/50!! The Bloody Mary was only OK! I was surprised that a place that has a Bloody Mary in their name only put out a middle of the road bloody. Understand that I am picky, I can make a fire ass bloody and I like lots of flavor. They offered a nice flavor with good viscosity. Not too clear or runny like crap bloodies but you can tell it was more bulk pour style than craft. Overall I would go back. I "might" get a bloody, but I think it's going to be coffee for me next time. If you want a bomb bloody, I recommend Blue Duck at this point! That was a good drink! read more

Hash browns ordered crispy came out barely cooked, and cooked in some oil that tasted bitter/rancid. Not good. Didn't have a Bloody Mary, but maybe should have started with that, or only had that. Missing fresh ingredients. The taste of the hash browns & the extra charged biscuit was from frozen. The place was nearly empty, yet the hostess tried to seat us in the far corner facing a bare wall. Service from an experienced waitress was good but slow to respond at times as she was busy talking to other staff at the bar area. The place was decorated well and appeared to be clean and well kept. Did not use bathrooms. We arrived around 8 am on a weekday. Now I know why the place was near empty. Spicy Habanero Bloody Mary had medium heat. Had the opportunity to enjoy breakfast with Brooke this morning. I can't say enough about the service. The whole staff is happy and working together to make the dinning experience top notch. I went on opening day. Crazy right? Absolutely not at all! I can't say enough good things. You walk in and are instantly greeted by the hosts. I was meeting a friend and she was already there. Ashlyn was our waitress that day and she took excellent care of us. What I liked about my food. The chorizo was not greasy at all! It was outstanding! I like that it's served with tortilla chips which made it even better. It reheated in the oven nicely the next day too. I had to taste my friend's Smoked Salmon Benny. Let's just say on my next visit I will be ordering it! Overall, it's a great new spot for breakfast. There is plenty of space so you don't feel like you are sitting next to the table adjacent you and they are included in your conversation. It's very bright!
