The Grout was Driving the wife nuts I called and texted pics to Josh at Desert Tile and Grout Care. Best call I ever made. Josh came out put an estimate together which after calling other companies was very fair. After talking to my wife and I to schedule a day, we found out not surprisingly they were book out a few weeks . Josh found out the wife had family flying in to visit with us for a few weeks. Josh went over his schedule and somehow found a Friday they could do it prior to the family visiting. The workers came out laid down a few grout color Samples. It definitely needed some help from all the hard water damage over the past 2 years. He was very punctual and even specially ordered this paste to fill a gap by our shower wall. Adrian and both his assistants did an amazing job refining the granite and re-grouting. When the job was completed, it looked so clean, shiny and smooth! Adrian is extremely thorough and even told me where to get the best cleaner to maintain these surfaces long-term. They really went above and beyond what I had expected. At first I was a little shocked at the price but I didn't realize the amount of work that went into it. The cleaning is only a small portion of the cost. Its the sealing (and re-staining the grout) that costs so much because its a very manual process on your hands and knees applying the stain/sealant. Owo was there from about 10 AM to 6 PM. He did an AMAZING job. The grout and tile has gone back in time and now looks brand new again. Its pricey, but worth it. If your tile/grout looks really dirty, its really not worth just cleaning it. The grout has to be re-stained and sealed to bring it back to looking new again. See attached before and after pics. I would definitely recommend Owo and Groutsmith.

Our Technician was Raul who was absolutely fabulous!! He arrived before estimated time and was friendly and professional. I did a 'walk-through' with him of the rooms as well as answered any questions he had for clarification. BF and I were able to relocate ourselves to other areas of the house to continue working remotely while Raul worked his magic. He was very thorough and used blue plastic booties (shoe covers) once carpets were steamed and still damp. Gave us a few pairs as well to use while rooms were drying. End results exceeded my expectations as my house was so sparkling clean and smelled so crisp!! Shade of my carpet was much lighter after treatment; indication of how filthy they actually were!! None of them come close to the results we achieved with Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning of Mesa. The process that owner/operator, Mike, uses is totally different than other carpet cleaners we've employed. There are no big hoses running in and out of your house, being banged against the corners of your walls. After he has thoroughly vacuumed all the areas, Mike uses non-toxic, pet and kid-friendly chemicals and a portable tank of water to pre-treat the areas. Then he uses a floor machine to break down and extract the dirt. The process uses a fraction of the water typically used by competitors, which is important since we all live in the desert where water is precious. Sometimes Mike will need to use more water in areas that are exceptionally dirty, which may increase your drying time a little bit, but our carpets haven't looked this good since we put them in more than 15 years ago. Not only is Mike meticulous, he is friendly and considerate. He provides great value for service that is above and beyond and we couldn't recommend his company more highly!

I agreed to wait since I liked the reviews I read on Yelp. The morning of the job I get a call from him saying that there is an issue with the grout company getting my grout. He said he'd get it straightened out and could come two days later to complete the job. I agreed. Then the morning of the second appointment I get a similar call and he said that he is not sure exactly how long it will take to get the grout but that he should be able to get it eventually. Then a week later, when I hadn't heard any updates, I told him I'm going to move forward with another company if I do not get word he told me that he ultimately couldn't get the right color grout. His communication throughout the process was inconsistent. I do not get upset when issues arise since I know that things happen. It's more about how it is handled and Gabriel was disrespectful of my time and a poor communicator throughout. I recommend that you avoid this company.
