She puts you at ease instantly…read more She is inspiring and so incredibly encouraging; you never feel judged or 'weird' in her classes. She makes an effort to remember you - she's super personable. Classes are intentionally small so you get lots of personal time and attention! Plus, aside from having lots of laughs in a super fun environment, you also have a safe place to really own your 'sexy' as you learn the art of the pole.

I love their circuit machines for a quick workout, good cardio selection, clean locker rooms, good schedule of classes. The only drawback really is the overall configuration of the gym. Just one giant room - not very upscale feeling or private at all.
