Bloomers the Florist is a great little shop located in Brackley, Northamptonshire. We as a family, have used the florist to supply us with flowers for a number of occasions, some very important, weddings etc. Every time the shop has been reliable and courteous in dealing with us. The shop front itself is very easy to find on the high street, located fairly central in the town. The staff are always friendly and helpful regarding old customers, and I presume new! And we have had no problems with working with them in the past, and would highly recommend their services to anyone. Incidently, the shop also provides wonderful bouquets that they display in the window, have never bought one, but they look fantastic, good value I think too. Highly Recommended. read more

Having got married earlier this year I was feeling the pressure of all the arrangements! The girls at Bloomers were more than just helpful and they really put me at ease! The flowers were amazing and all my guests had nothing but compliments to say. I have also seen some of Bloomers' funeral work which again was very professional. The shop is inviting and worth a visit! read more

Established in 1985.

Bloomers was originally set up over 25 years ago by someone who started off by driving a van around local villages, this gradually became more and more popular and the area in which she travelled too expanded, eventually she took on a shop, this shop was 32 High street, Brackley, where Bloomers has been ever since. The lady owned and ran it up until September 2013 when it was then taken over by 2 local ladies. One a highly qualified florist with nearly 10 years experience, who actually started her floristry career as a saturday girl at Bloomers. The other lady has a horticultural background with a passion for flowers. The two of them are continuing to keep Bloomers, Brackleys longest standing florist a great success.

Becky is Bloomers highly qualified florist, with a national diploma level 3 qualification, as well as 10 years experience in the industry. She began as a Saturday girl at Bloomers at the age of 15, and now co-owns the business with her partner Nicki Harris. With her extensive floristry knowledge she is able to create a diverse range of arrangements, bouquets and wedding designs to suit your taste and budget.

This place invents lovely combinations of flowers to give as gifts, and seems to change the bouquets designs daily - just to keep things as fresh as its flowers. However, it also does the classics perfectly. How many Brummies have heard the words 'I love you' accompanied by a Sutton Flower's single red rose? At certain times of the year things become a little different. Easter sees blooms that reflect the festivities, and at Christmas it's also possible to get gifts, cards and wrapping paper. I like to visit just after work, when Birmingham is winding down after a long day. This is when there are bargains to be had, as Sutton Flowers sells off the day's stock ready to start afresh the next day. Put simply, Sutton Flowers is a little ray of sunshine in a busy corner of Brum.
