    Spreadsheet that I created myself to keep track of all the repairs to be done since this company is absolutely incompetent of executing.

    From the sales consultant to construction manager, warranty manager and their VP. Zero accountability. Poor quality build and craftsmanship. Warranty issues. No way of tracking repairs. I had to create my own spreadsheet to manage their projects/repairs. Tired of excuses of delays. Very disrespectful of my time when you have contractors not showing up and/or showing up when they please. Literally everyone in our subdivision has foundation issues. Poorly run company with zero integrity and awful business ethics.

    Subpar work....deceiving practices and jargons used to side step around fixing major warranty issues.

    I wish I could leave a NO star. This builder doesn't back their work or brand. They will repair the work on a particular skin reflection. If you have darker skin reflection, be aware of excuses and justification for low standard and subpar work. I shouldn't be subject to this crap on a newly built home. I've met a few Neigbors with a different skin reflection. They haven't had any issues getting the warranty guy to make them whole. They go over and beyond to make their issues right. I bring up my issues and I am told owners maintenance. This is all the way wrong. If you have a problem with my skin reflection, why did you take my MONEY!!!!! I'd rather you refuse, than to handle me in the way that you have. This house wasn't cheap to build and it's certainly not worth what it cost based on the craftsmanship. I should be happy and enjoying my house. I wish I could say that I am. Buyers be aware. Don't be fooled by the dressy mess, because that's exactly what these houses are.

We pay over $2200 a month for 1600 square feet and that includes the garage. They care more about the land lord than the tenants. When the lease is up we are out. I recommend everyone do research before you rent. Rent is always negotiatable if you're dealing with honest people! I will not attack anyone 1 person. At the very start of the process, I was called out of town due to a family illness. I gave Debbie full control. She arranged the staging for the photos, created a wonderful virtual sales brochure that showed my house in its best light. I was gone for a full week and had solid offers in 4 days. I signed the sales papers on my phone while in a hospital room of my family member. When I returned, we had only to solidify the paperwork, which she made a seamless and easy process.
