I could not believe what this company pulled off for me in such a short amount of time!! Like a lot of other people out there, me and my now husband had our wedding location cancel on us 10 days out from our wedding date, literally I cried! I called Chris and immediately he said "Syd take a deep breathe, everything will be ok". He assured me that I'm not the only one this is happening to and lets just focus on planning an amazing backyard wedding! I could tell he has been doing this for a long time and I was in good hands right from the start. They were extremely busy with high school grad parties and other people doing what I was doing, but I felt like I was their only customer every time. Anyone I got on the phone was so knowledgeable, from Olivia to Wayne. The delivery men were absolutely the best with taking their time to figure out the best fit for my tent. I love this company. The sales team is so friendly and knowledgeable it didn't matter what questions I had for them, they always had a list of fantastic answers. I am a frantic planner and Chris took the absolute best care of me. He made sure my party went off without a hitch, he got me a large tent in a rush, he made sure all the linens were correct and that i didn't order too small of tables so my guests weren't crowded. I was nervous that they wouldn't make it up our steep driveway and that I would have to pay extra to have them walk from the street. None of that was the case. Great overall experience with Bloomfield Party Rentals. I (my wife) had to make several changes as our party got closer, due to guest counts and taking other things into consideration. Christopher and Olivia were so pleasant over the phone and via several emails. Great customer service and communication with so so many emails back and forth I almost felt bad to make what felt like 1,000 changes. First time using them and the drivers were very professional and great at what they do. The party was a huge success and I'm still getting accolades from all of our friends. I needed to plan a wedding reception, and I had no idea what I was doing (I have never thrown a party this big before). The men and women at BPR were excellent, they helped me discover exactly what I wanted for the event. They even have a showroom. When I got there, one of their Event Coordinators took me through everything I wanted to look at and helped me pick out the items that went with the theme I wanted. I called up after and changed my order a ton of times, I couldn't decide the linen color I wanted, and each time they were very sweet about assisting me.
