Dr Mack was super informative and professional. When we arrived for his surgery they were quick and professional. They said it would take an hour but he was in and out in less than 45 mins. They called to check on him the next day and everything has been great. I high recommend!

Medicaid approved the surgery the day after they received the paperwork they usually take 2 weeks to approve. I am in a wheelchair so surgeries are tricky. I had to do jaw surgery in November because it was vital for me to have the room in my mouth for the anesthesiologist to intubate if necessary during my an extremely important upcoming shoulder surgery and an elective surgery in December. The shoulder surgery was entirely necessary for me in my wheelchair, I ended up rescheduling the other surgery because I didnt heal as I wanted. This was due entirely to my own body having issues and not caused in any way by my surgery or the office team - they were amazing at solving my healing issues creatively with as little pain to me as possible so my shoulder surgery wouldnt be cancelled due to any unhealed wounds in my mouth. I also know that having another surgery scheduled for the next month, something would have to be creative about healing (which my body isnt always great at) so I would not have open wounds in my mouth that could postpone the incredibly important shoulder surgery. I was slightly frustrated that we had to reschedule the surgery once - not gonna lie - but it was for a good reason. We needed the right person on anesthesia because although they were removing large pieces of bone from my jaw I could not be fully under general - and figured out a way under light/medium sedation to perform the surgery safely without me risking pneumonia or blood clots and stroke risks that come with anesthesia too close together. As a cripple in a wheelchair I have to consider these things. I do have to say if there is one thing i would have preferred since I was essentially awake but not feeling it would have been nice to have earbuds with music on during the 1st surgery so I didnt hear the sounds and talking around me but that was barely more than a minor annoyance to me because I am a bit audioconscious in my neurodiversity.. I ended up having healing issues and canceling another elective surgery to go in and fix issues in two follow up procedures we were able to easily do with novocane rather than sedation. Through all of the problems healing, my gums receding and not reattaching to teeth, clotting and bleeding issues we encountered everyone in the office was amazing. After the surgery I had both surgeons information, easy access to them for video calls that night and through the weekend for bleeding issues - tremendous amount of support from all members of the staff. They are tops all of them - I felt 100% supported and taken care of from start to end of this and completely listened to when discussing my concerns. They checked my mouth multiple times after the 1 surgery and 2 procedures and moved up scheduled appointments if anything concerned me. I am healing now at the end of February and my mouth is doind great thanks to their absolutely amazing family-like team of employees - I couldn't have asked for more. I can go to the dentist for cleanings without choking and drowning on water because there wasnt enough suction - we have plenty of room for suction now. Thank you Red Rock OFS team, you are truly top notch - I felt like the most important patient in the office every time I was there. Not many people treat medicare and medicaid with as much respect and dignity as those with fancy insurance. I felt just as taken care of as someone worth a million bucks and that matters so much. I love that my motorized wheelchair and my manual chair fit in your office so easily.

Que the music to Gilligan's Island…read more I'd like to tell you a little story that started about a year ago with Dr. Plumb. I was diagnosed with cancer in late May of 2019. After completing all the test that I needed to have done, I was getting ready to start my treatment when they dropped a bomb on me telling me that I needed to be cleared by a dentist who is knowledgeable in cancer treatment. Until I stumbled onto Dr. Plumb, the next closest I could find was in Las Vegas. I had surgery scheduled for a week later and was to start Chemo and Radiation the week after that. I was under a huge time constraint. What a godsend in finding Dr Plumb. When he found out the time constraint I was under and why he said that we'd get it done, it didn't matter if he had to come in early or stay late. That day we did half my mouth and the next day we did the other. After he completed all the work, he give me a release for treatment and I was ready to go. I started my treatment as schedule the next week. Now here we are a year later and because of the cancer treatments I went through my teeth are worse off than before. But that's why they wanted my teeth in excellent shape before we started the treatment. They expected this kind of damage. It was to the point that cold and sweets were like someone driving an icepick through my teeth. About a month ago I went in had my teeth cleaned and evaluated for the repairs. Dr Plumb came up with a plan and told me we could implement it however I wanted. Just yesterday I went in and started the repairs. We got half my mouth done and just as soon as I can schedule the time I'll complete the rest of the repairs. My whole point to this story is to show Dr Plumb's skill, compassion, and his willingness to go that extra mile to help his patients. Because of the way we were treated my wife has even changed over to Dr Plumb. Dealing with everyone at doctor plumb's is like being a part of his family. We enjoy life and having fun; his staff seems to be the same way. Whenever my wife and I go in we laugh, joke and kid around with everyone and they give it right back to us. This is one of the reasons why we love Dr Plumb and his staff. You can also tell that the staff loves working for Dr Plumb just by the way they act and the interaction between them and Dr Plumb. Dr Plumb has tremendous skill and talent and we will continue to be a follower and patients.

I went to Plumb dental a bit back for the reason it advertised as a affordable solution for my…read moredental needs. My first visit was for some urgent care. I had some X-ray done on my teeth and it showed I had an abscessed tooth which I already knew. After numbing me up real good the so called dentist pulled the wrong tooth and was going to send me on my way. After communicating with him the mistake he was going to put me off for a couple of weeks. I was desperate and wasn't going for it so the so called dentist (Workman) agreed to pull the correct one (excruciating pain) so all was well except I guess the loss of a perfectly good tooth. (Sarcasm) So I figured they would make it right in the follow up visit. Well the follow up visit was just a consultation+ they wanted a $1000.00 retainer I guess you would call it. I still had in mind affordable/ not! Come to find out it was a $50,000 job they wanted to do. I told them that wasn't going to happen and they re- worked there figures and came up with $30,000. I was going to go ahead until I did some homework and found out they were way overcharging for what they were going to do. When I tried to back out they kept my $1000 and good tooth they pulled. I feel I should get a refund and the lose of a perfectly good tooth. I am considering legal action and would just hope they would do what is right and refund my $1000 + $500 or so for the lose of my good tooth and and the money they charged me for mistakenly pulling it. Warning! Don't trust your teeth or your pocket book with this so called affordable dental practice.
