Actually the worst florist I've ever encountered. I heard about them from a friend, who said after this incident that the same thing happened to him as well!! They charged me for flowers that weren't what I ordered and only offered to waive the delivery fee when I told them it wasn't what I ordered. Then, someone told me they should've called and told me what I did order was something they "didn't have enough" of, but they didn't, and I was stuck with the wrong bouquet. They only offered me a complete refund when I called them back and expressed my disappointment, but had I not done that, I would have been out of $85! They did, however, let me keep the bouquet, which was fine I suppose, but I will not be giving them anymore of my business. read more

I LOVE Bloom's it's just a great place not just for flowers although their flowers are a work of art, their garden statues and pots make the yard look unique. The small statuary and unusual pots are as attention getting as my flowers. I'd just love it! read more

Bloom's is without a doubt the best florist in the Hattiesburg area. I'm a total flower snob as when I send someone flowers if they don't say "WOWWWWW" and post them all over Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and every other social media site they spend every waking hour on then I haven't done my job in picking the right florist! Well, without a doubt I did my job this time as I scored when it came to being so lucky as to choose Bloom's. First off it is run by a Mother-Daughter team and from the moment I called and spoke to Adrienne (the daughter) I knew I made the right choice. She was so sweet and friendly I immediately felt like I had known her for years. I told her after spending 2 hours going through all the websites of the different flower shops in the Hattiesburg area (there are like 20 shops out there! what's the deal there must be a ton of misbehaving husbands in Hattiesburg or a lot of really great women!) the reason I chose them is because they had the best looking website and because they do weddings. I figured if this place is trusted with flowers for the most important day of peoples lives then they should be good enough for my girlfriend who was in Hattiesburg from California for a few months. Anyways, I explained to Adrienne that I was very picky and I wanted something that would impress my girlfriend and all the other girls she was staying with and make them wonder why they don't have a guy like me! Well, it worked! Adrienne and her team designed and delivered the biggest and most gorgeous (and I don't just throw that word around) arrangement of flowers my girlfriend had ever received. She was so stunned by it that I had guys texting me after looking at the pictures she posted on Facebook saying "dude how much do you drop on those flowers that's ridiculous!?!".. And that's the crazy part, the flowers were not that expensive and nowhere near what they looked like they were worth! The reason I know this is because I later on ordered from another florist because Blooms was closed during some huge snowstorm that was going on (the whole town was shut down, it had over 2 inches of snow, whoa! State of emergency look out!) and the flowers my girlfriend received from one of the bigger shops over there absolutely paled in comparison. I was absolutely embarrassed that she even received this other arrangement as she totally thought I was getting cheap on her!! No pictures on Facebook or anywhere else btw... Don't worry though, I made it up to her and ordered at least 2 or 3 more arrangements from Bloom's and each one was just as perfect as the first one they did. Everything about the flowers was perfect from the vase to the bow, all the way to the card (which she even threw in for free without me even asking her!). I've never been more satisfied with ordering flowers and I've ordered ALOT of flowers! Because I'm a nice guy of course not because I'm a womanizer if that's what you're thinking ;) So, bottom line, if you want to impress a girl or girls, loved ones, hated ones, whomever you want to send flowers to, do yourself and the person you're sending flowers to a favor and call this place.... My daughter and I came across this very cute flower shop , totally my type of decor and taste, which is why I was so looking forward to hiring Adrienne for my daughters September 30, 2017 Wedding at the Barn at Bridalwood. My daughter and I spoke with Adrienne serveral times over a 3 month period and then took a day off of work and spent approximatly 4 hours with her discussing with her what we had in mind for her upcoming wedding. We disccussed the Brides Bouquets, Boutineers for the Groomesmen and Bouquets for the Bridesmaides, table arrangements the whole 9 yards. Although, Adrienne was not at all prepared with her portfolio she was kind and promised to send us a few pics of some of her previous work to give us an idea as to what we can expect. Keep in mind this is May 2017. I reached out to Adrienne several times over the next three months and inquired on the pictures that she had promised to send over, each time I reached out to her Adrienne had a different excuse, from kids, to parents, to funerals ect....Still she promised to send them over each time that I reached out to her. July 1st, 2017 still no communication no pictures from Adrienne!! I found this to be very disrespectful, unprofessional and unfortunate! How dare her agree to take on the job to only turn around and waste our time. I live in Miami and my daughter lives in New Orleans so our time was very valuable as I had to plan and travel every other weekend to New Orleans to help my daughter plan her Wedding Day. I would definently think twice before you invest your time, your money and your heart in Adrienne at Blooms in Hattiesburg. This is definently not what I had expected of her!! Luckily, I reached out to Jill Windham - Floral Designs by Jill. My daughter and I spoke with Jill on the phone one evening and Jill immediatley, set up a time for us to discuss our vision of my daughters upcoming wedding the very next day. Jill was as full of excitement as we were and committed to taking the challenge and making my girls day as PERFECT AS IT WAS!! Jill was very open minded, professional, attentitive and her work was absolutley amazingly beautiful. My daughters wedding day was as beautiful as the Bride and Groom.
