I loved that I was able to tell her to put deep pressure on spots that needed it and she completely understood my body. Great pressure and gentle touch which was really relaxing. I loved the little sayings on the wall and mirrors. Very positive vibes and energy. I told her my knees were hurting and she suggested turmeric for inflammation. She even let me borrow a few of her tablets which was so kind! Only downside was that since we were downstairs you could hear people walking upstairs every now and then and the coffee shop was right next door.
