Yet again today I went in and due to their guarantee I am able to try different items I have never tried before. I keep trying to test their guarantee but frankly I would have to flat out lie to get what I term "a refund plus". I see why they are able to make such a guarantee. Not only are their prices excellent, their vendors are far above par. I only wish they offered ALL the products I use but nothing is perfect. I am soooo impressed so far. I have to change my first review. OH, ALSO THE EMPLOYEES ARE SUPER NICE!!! IN ADDITION, they subscribe to DEI unlike Walmart and Target PLUS they did not make huge donations to the GOP! The lady Kenda that works at the front desk is beyond rude and acts like patients don't have ears. She will insult you and treat you with nothing but disrespect. This was the MOST awful experience. I'm in shock how someone can be so openly rude.. I will be taking my money to another clinic outside of this county and I advise anyone else to do the same. Save your time, money and energy and outsource away from Citrus Medical!
