Our tour ended here with a glass sculpture show. It was interesting seeing how it was made, and you could peruse the aisles and purchase anything that you wanted. However, be careful it is all glass in your responsible if you break it.

We had a tour including a glass blowing demonstration. There were several people working. This is a factory. While they make art glass, they also make glassware. There are several walls and a ceiling displaying their artistry. It was an enjoyable experience.

Very impressive work, but also a tourist trap. The factory is so warm as well. We visited this factory on an excursion stop late at night on a humid day. These artists are very creative to say the least. A lot of these pieces are very unique, but also pricey. You have so much to choose from and a big variety of home decor pieces that will run you $$-$$$. The staff inside the store were very attentive and helpful.

This place might be a tourist trap... Still it's very impressive. The skills on display from these craftsman with their uncanny ability to work fast and accurately with molten glass and turn items out is very impressive. Like everything else in Cabo, this place is not what I would call inexpensive.

The process of making items out of glass is fascinating, and if you have a chance to observe it, I recommend that you do. It is a skill that certainly takes time to perfect and is often one that is passed down from generation to generation, which is the case here. Visitors walk through the (very hot) factory area where the craftsmen are actively making things out of glass back to an air conditioned area with seating to watch the process from the window. Tours are escorted through here several times a day, ending up in the gift shop. I was pleased to find some very inexpensive souvenirs to take home and even more happy with how they were packaged in recycled material. I appreciate that very much! The inventory in the gift shop is somewhat limited and even though they are all made individually, there are many of the same thing. It sort of loses the magic of handmade when there are so many of the same item. But I'd imagine that tourists want a lot of the same things and being able to master a few things instead of make a work of unique art every time is more practical. The location is a little tricky to find-and is in a rougher residential area. I would likely return, but with a tour group, not on my own.

The thing about taking an organized tour is the shopping. I'm not a big shopper but this was the first stop on our shore excursion. We were escorted into the workshop where we were instructed to sit down in one of several bleacher type seating. Our group was canvassed to see what animal we wanted to see made - hummingbird, turtle, dolphin, or whale. Most of us voted for the hummingbird. The workshop was very busy. We watched the hummingbird being formed. The glass blower did a great job. Once it was completed we were led into what else? The gift shop!! We browsed around but didn't buy anything. Great merchandise for sale if you're in the market for hand blown items.

Come here when the factory workers are doing their thing so it will be a better experience for you! We didn't make it as we came in late so we just walked around and checked out their products. It still was pretty nice seeing all their items! Also, come here during the cooler season. Their show room is like an extension of their ovens where their "cook up" their glass products! It was pretty darn HOT inside!

We love blown glass, so we're excited to finally make it to the blown glass factory. The artisans weren't doing a demonstration when we were there (9:30 am), but we showroom had some pretty displays, including the Christmas tree made of glass balls. We ended up finding a small, pretty vase in colors of blues, greens and yellows for just $32, so it was worth the trip.

The Blown Glass Factory is a gem in Cabo San Lucas. It is off the beaten path, away from the marina district (we Ubered from the marina to the factory). There was an interactive demonstration and rows upon rows of blown glass to purchase. Shop here instead of the gift shops near the marina. I would definitely go back.

No cost to look around and watch blown glass art being made (from benches provided to do so). Unless you really want to buy something, this slightly out of the way place might not be somewhere to make a special trip, but, if close by during the morning or early afternoon, and not already having something else scheduled, coming here, even for just a short visit, might be more interesting than you'd expect - and so worth doing. And, of course, some people like what they see here enough to buy something. Either way, you could take some nice "selfies".

Awesome place to visit and shop. They have something in every price range, and it was cool to see the products being handmade and learn some of the history. Definitely will stop by again, whenever I'm in Cabo.

Their showroom has great deals and much better prices than you will find elsewhere on glassware in Cabo.
