It really shows a business's character when they need handfuls of staff to leave positive reviews in order to offset the bad ones left by actual parents. Don't believe all the positive reviews are real experiences. Please check out Facebook community groups before enrolling your children here or applying to work here to see how they treat children, parents, and employees. Owner and management will kick your child out and degrade parents over the smallest things. Management will also form groups to aggressively bully random employees and shorten hours in order to make them quit to make room for friends and family. Yes, then she gets upset. Ask me to come to the office. Then proceeds to yell at me in the office and cuss at me. And the staff member is Tiffany. And so she wrote me up, but she did not write her own self up for cussing at me in the office and being disrespectful towards their employees. So I asked the main general manager of BlS educational center. If I can make an incident report at my job. Torres Tiffany. So Cindy alley, who is the main manager of BLS educational center? She refused to answer my request to report Tiffany. So they do not respect their employees, so you guys know. read more

I would not even trust them to watch my dog. Pulled my kid out within a week of starting. Staff is incredibly rude and selective over what kid gets proper care. Cindy the owner was trying to give me her medical opinion on care for my sons medical condition very pushy. The evening staff fed my infant son the WRONG food. Every morning I tell them if he ate or if he still needs to be fed and today I told them 3 different times and was ignored, when I walked out the doors to leave for work one of the workers ran after me yelling "is he crying because he's hungry" I immediately knew to take my child and GO!!! And if you have subsidy Cindy will be sure you know and others know too! Hope y'all figure something out because I feel bad for those other kids. read more

Our son who is a sweet boy to everyone started having increased behavioral problems while going to this daycare. When asking the teachers what was happening and triggering his tantrums they seemed to have no clue. Once his tantrums started it was as if the "teachers" and director had a problem with us. Anytime I went to pick him up early it always seemed as the staff was on their phones and not watching the kids or interacting with them. read more

Extremely unprofessional facility. "teachers" are always on their phones when I'm there. My ID had never been checked. Beware of untrained staff with a high turnaround rate of both staff and children . Their reasonable rates are only available to keep the doors open. I don't see this company making it under current management. Seems like the community is being taken advantage of here. read more

If u could give a negative amount of stars i would. Kids are extremely mistreated here, and the staff are too. The two main bosses tend to bully the staff and the kids. They dont take care of the kids, they govern them. They scream at the kids, they even THROW CHILDREN. They are extremely unprofessional with their business and employees. Not going into detail on that one, as it would take a full length 5 page ESSAY to explain how awful this place is to their employees. Negative 5 stars. read more

BLS EDUCATION IS AMAZING! My nephew has learned so much that he is already reading sight words before he even starts kindergarten. The staff, and Ms. Cindy goes up and beyond for the children. I am so happy to be a part of the "BLS FAMILY." read more

Nicky T., I'm inclined to think that you have no idea what you are talking about. My son has been attending this preschool for 4 years and I now have a daughter in the baby room too. The staff here are wonderful and actually teach the kids, unlike so many other daycares. Per state standard testing, my son has been kindergarten ready for the past year and I fully give credit to the staff. As far as the kids being screamed at and thrown, my son has no filter and tells everyone everything about his life (even when it really shouldn't be shared) and he has never told me about kids being thrown or yelled at. Too, I have to think that if children were being thrown, they would have been shut down along with a lawsuit by now (which of course has not happened). I have dropped in unexpectedly many times to pick up the kids at different times of the day and every time my children are with their class, doing their activities or playing outside, and are happy as could be. The staff will even send me pictures of my baby girl during the day while she sleeps or plays. I trust them with my kids and that's pretty much saying that I trust them with my life. So, if you're in the market for a daycare, please give them a call, tour, and experience it for yourself. read more

Is a nice place in most aspects for kids to learn and grow together. Education is key here. The kids have a lot of fun with weekly projects and fun learning environment. Now on the other hand I don't necessarly like the way things are done. There is a sever lack of communication for the employees. And also seems to be more of a dictatorship rather then a team. Communication needs to improve before I'd give it a 5 star rating but as far as the happiness of the kids and how they treat them they get a 5 in that department. You would be pleased sending your children to this education center. Now as far as working there that ones a bit iffy and could go either way. Happy hunting! read more
