Write a slip of paper and expect that alone to deter people from being thieves. "If you are caught, you will be fined." By WHO??? This is an ongoing issue, and yet no cameras have been installed in appropriate places to deter such an action! The only place that has cameras I am aware of is the mail room. There are also some odd choices as to what is done in the case of inclement weather. Back in the previous winter, 2023-2024/December/January, it was decided that someone was to use a leaf blower to clear a pathway through the snow... IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. THIS IS HUGELY INCONSIDERATE OF THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE HERE. The hallway I have to travel through to get to my unit also smells like trash and body odor, as--even though there is carpet cleaning once in a blue moon--there are still dried stains of liquid trash on the hallway carpet that haven't been tended to, and it's allowed to fester for weeks or months at a time. This place needs an overhaul in both management responsiveness, security, and general cleanliness... But, hey, good location for those who don't want to travel far for errands, good place for workouts if you don't mind the missing equipment, and good if you work late and don't mind the loud footsteps of upstairs neighbors...

There was a swimming pool on site that I spent many an hour during the summer during my time there. The laundry room was clean and there were plenty of washers and dryers to use. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I had a balcony that was wonderful on warm days. On the downside, the walls were VERY thin and I heard every sneeze of my neighbors. I leaned against the wall once and it dented! Parking was limited on the weekends and sometimes I couldn't find a spot near my apartment since there was no designated parking for residents. And there were cockroaches. I know that there are cockroaches at any complex and at least the maintenance staff would come out right away and take care of the situation whenever I called about them.
