If I arrived early, I wasn't allowed to clock in until 8, and if I stayed past 5, I had to clock out at 5 anyway--so the extra time I worked meant nothing. When I finally called off one day because of a family emergency, my boss screamed at me, cursed at me, and even threatened me instead of showing any basic respect. He told me to "stay put" while he came to snatch the work keys and throw my check at me. That's how this business treats its employees--no compassion, no professionalism, and no respect. If you value fair treatment and timely pay, stay far away from this place.
