His work was so good I asked if he was able to fix a couple of areas the previous company messed up or utterly neglected, he fixed those as well. This review is an update on my interim assessment following the beginning of this extensive painting project. I was thoroughly impressed with the immediate understanding that Erick brought to the discussion of the work required to paint the house, the porch, and the garage front. Erick gave us a detailed contract before any work started. The price was VERY reasonable. After the contracted work was beautifully completed, I asked if I could add the second story building behind the garage as an addition to the contract. Not an easy roof-top task, but Erick immediately agreed to include this project at a great price. Eduardo, who prepped the building at the outset, was instrumental in matching the color of the door with the leaf decoration color on the side panels. He also completed the work on the second story above the garage single-handedly.
