After verbally confirming over the telephone with someone that they will reserve a cottage/cabin for you, you have to go to TD bank and put the deposit (in cash) into their account. You then write to their email address to confirm you put the deposit in their account. Once you get there and pay (cash), everyone is given a bracelet they have to wear for the duration of their stay. Extra people cost extra money. Check out is a bit early (10am I believe?) but you can often leave your car their for the day after you've checked out. If you're looking for somewhere to stay with a group of friends in Wasaga Beach, this is a great option.

In our contract it states we can do so as long as it is six months before the scheduled date. Danny told us we could not reschedule for 2021 because he was selling his farm, later on Facebook we saw a post advertising that people call to schedule for 2021 weddings. Danny told us If COVID prevented us from being allowed to have our wedding he would refund us some of our $4,000 deposit. As we thought, we were unable to have our wedding and Danny refused to pay back any of our deposit. Be very careful if you are planning to have your wedding or hold an event here.

We stayed in room #8, this room is excellent for more then I couple or family with older kids to stay at, with separate bedrooms and the common living room area has a fold out couch if more beds are needed. The room was very clean, well equipped with a full kitchen... stove, fridge,toaster,coffee maker,microwave,kettle, pots pans, dishes, cutlery,salt pepper, dish rack,soap,t towels etc , everything you need except the food, .The kitchen is very narrow but that is expected when you are kramming all into a small area. This room also has it's own BBQ including the tools to cook and Patio with table &chairs.Oh I almost forgot it also has a A/C so you keep cool. I highly recommend this place as well it is very close to the beach. The operators are a Polish couple and are very nice people. Look no further when staying in Wasaga. The outside is nicely decorated with plants, lots of tropical lily plants and hanging baskets of flowers between the rooms. Very nice. They also have an outside fire place where they have fires when the weather is good. For young kids there is also a play area. Unfortunately for us, the weather was rotten with rain, so we didn't get to spend much time on the beach.

They showed us a trail, the sauna, and gave us a little orientation in our dome as to how to operate everything. It was so cute and cozy in there. They are available 24 hrs and respond quickly via text if you need anything.
