The first was to sell a home in Hialeah, Florida and buy a home in Homestead, Florida. The first home in Hialeah sold for more than asking price, after a bidding war in less than 4 days! We also got the home in Homestead, Florida for far less than asking price. The second time was most recent, I was selling that very home I bought three years ago in Homestead as I was recruiting and offered an amazing job up in Ohio. The house was sold in 5 days and we got what we were looking for price wise. Edgardo is a very talented agent, I mean look at how quickly he got these homes sold! It was the worse representation and buying experience, and made sure I did not purhase the Unit! I finally after many moths of work & time, just walked away from the purchase. I was even willing to purchase a extra unit just to lock in the opportunity to purchase this 3 key unit. The same Unit sat on the market for another 6 months after and they then did accept a finance offer, which I was already fully approved for Financing and had proof of being able to Finance. She choose to not fociliate my purchase! This new Buyer that was accept for financing after I was decline on financing, was then not able to purchase, so the same unit I wanted to purchase went back on the market again. It took more than 9 months for the Unit to sell, that I had made a high offer with full financing available. She obviously did not represent me fairly and I felt discriminated against....that she made sure that I did not purchase the Unit I was wanted to purchase. I would not ever use her or her company to purchase or sell anything! HORRIBLE NON PURCHASE & BUYING EXPERIENCE!

I now use them for every deal I do.  At the end of the day I know when I give them a deal I don't have to worry about it.  I get an email update every step of the way and I mean every step.  I think Caroline sent me one when the Survey was ordered.  I never got that from my old title company.   Every title company I know now markets the whole Close anywhere anytime thing, so to me thats not as big a deal anymore.   And for the record their office is AMAZING but like the rest they can also come to you to close.   Which don't get me wrong is awesome and saves time in traffic.  But what I like is when their closers came to meet my clients at the home to close it, its an actual closer in a suit and tie.  Call me old school but I LOVED the impression that gave.  i also love that the guy explained every page.  My old title company, used to send notaries (Not closers big difference) that couldn't explain the pages and never dressed well.  As a realtor I wish companies I do business get that you are an extension of me and what I believe in and what I stand for.  I feel these guys do that and go above and beyond to make sure things get done.  And they also have so many languages covered its not even funny.  I know Spanish, English, Portuguese, Russian and Mandarin for sure.  Which once again helps allot. And recently they added Isabella to their team and she handles contract to close for free.  I wasn't sure if I really wanted to give up control...but it really helps and kinda freed up allot of time.  As a KW agent we are pushed to go the route of working on our business and adding assistants.  This took care of that for me...granted they only handle the contracts once they are executed it still helped.
