The employees were friendly and knowledgeable for the most part. My hubby and I ended up purchasing a large amount of office furniture, most being reasonably priced with a few surprise sale items that weren't advertised until we got to the check out. Kinda odd, but I do love a sale! Also notable is the fact that there's a UPS store inside! Overall, in the future, I'd probably just order online and pick up at that location for better selection.

So today once again, the line for Amazon was about 10 people deep because the iPhone that they used to scan the products is about 100 years old and the Internet that they have in the store is almost nonexistent so of course none of it works well and it takes forever for things to load up! We don't blame the workers for this - we blame Staples Corporate for not managing the store well. So sadly, they will probably lose the store - and have to fire all of the employees all because they did not pony up the money for decent Internet and for a decent iPhone so they could scan things! Something so simple... an iPhone, and better Internet does not cost that much for a company like Staples... they are going to ruin this location because a lot of us are going to start going somewhere else Staples Corporate office should be ashamed

My fiancé purchased six hatchets from home depot to be engraved at the Mentor Things Remembered for…read moregroomsmen gifts. While at the store, we were helped by an associate-manager to select a font and were assured that the names of the groomsmen and dates would be centered on the hatchets once complete she even placed tape where the engraving was to be placed. Four days later, we went to pick up the hatchets expecting to love them instead the engraving was incomplete, the placement was not centered as we were told and the hatches appeared severely scratched from the engraving process. When we told the store we would not accept them they informed us "they thought so" and proceeded to engrave each hatchet anyway (instead of screwing up one or two they ruined all six). To make matters worse, the manager that helped us in the store was the same individual who did the engraving. Now we're stuck finding six new hatchets and need to have them engraved. Things Remembered in Mentor is one more retailer that has failed us in the process of completing our many wedding related purchases. This store will not receive our business in the future.

I called several Party City locations around town and almost all seemed to be out of 2 of the 4 letters I needed. I rang up this one, and voila, they were in stock! I spoke to Lauren (great name) on the phone and she was super helpful. She put me on hold to go fully check all my color options and gave me suggestions on how to make them present better. She was a delight on the phone! I easily took care of payment on the phone for my intern to pick up at a later time. I really appreciated that she immediately send me a receipt to my e-mail address. I won't hesitate to stop into this location in-person the next time I need party supplies. Thanks, Party City, for having all the balloons I needed!
