The neighbor pays $2800, the listing on the community board is for $3000 we were charged $4500 because the agent could gouge. Once we paid in full we were informed that the condo we paid for was going up for sale and would be shown while we were in residence. They lied about the internet provider. Told it was Xfinity, it is something called Summit and it stinks. No garbage disposal, too cheap. The main pool has been out of service for almost a month, we were not informed and the ancillary pool is too far to walk. A complete rip off.
