Some lady acted like I had brought witchcraft into the building and started freaking out at the site of the camera. She just made me feel so unwelcome in general. I booked a neck and face lymphatic drainage massage with Shelly last week. When I had arrived for…read morethe facial, I was about 15 minutes early, in case any forms needed signing and to discuss my needs for the service. Shelly seemed to have just arrived, and was frantically setting things up. Once she was ready for me she asked if she could add full body to my massage. I agreed, but told her I wanted her to focus on my face and neck as that's where I was experiencing swelling. She hardly touched my neck and face. She probably spent less than a minute of work there. Prior to us starting, she informed me that her music would not be working and she had a finger fungus. She wore a plastic glove and poked my body the whole time in silence. They make you pay before, otherwise I'd had refused. I noticed no signs of lymphatic drainage after the massage either.
