Their assets under management rates were many points higher than my prior financial firm, but I trusted my relative. There was really nothing wrong with my prior company who I'd had since I started my business. I explained to the owner Ron Weiner the structure of my companies and there were no issues, he welcomed me to the group. I sent all my paperwork. I should have known something was up because I hadn't heard back for weeks. Apparently, they never actually took over any of my accounts. Then 3 months later, the owner Ron Weiner calls me to say they are not going to take me as a client because they don't like the structure of my business, which was set up by a tax professional, Alan Gassman (who is the best in the business, and cost me a pretty penny to have him do it). I explained that I had burned the bridge with my last company. Ron Weiner didn't seem to mind or care. RDM wasted my time, my effort, made me a false promise, caused me to burn the bridge with my current financial advisor, and didn't seem to have any concern or remorse for this trouble when he called me in a quick minute conversation to say "thanks but no thanks, babye." My opinion is that RDM does not run a good business or have good customer service. I feel they are unprofessional and I would not recommend any of my friends and family. I already spoke to the one that referred them to me, who I learned is not himself a client, just a neighbor. I think that I am their first google review, so maybe they will in the future consider that treating clients this way, or even potential clients, is not advisable.

He toyed with us from the start and did NOT represent us in the manner that he is required under oath to do so. He would state he'd follow up on something and then wouldn't. He'd cancel appointments last minute and then accused his clients of not being transparent. He did not take feedback well. He also judged us rather than asked questions to determine next steps. He was unfamiliar with a real estate transaction that nowadays has become popular and due to his lack of knowledge and inability to actively listen made many poor assumptions. His actions during an experience such as selling a house which is already stressful are incomprehensible and lacks integrity. I would NOT recommend Gary Seymour to anyone. It is time he retire.
