We found Diamant/ Blue Ladder Botany through Instagram. We fell in love with her aesthetic and style of work. From the very beginning she was very friendly and attentive to what we were imagining for the wedding. Due to weather we had a few hiccups along the way with where the ceremony location would be due to rain from the day before, but she was so accommodating and nice about helping us change all the floral plans up only 24 hours before the wedding so it can work for our "new" ceremony location. She was also able to decorate items which we ourselves created for the wedding day which gave that extra pop in design. We had plenty of guests come and compliment us on how beautiful all the floral decorations were and how perfectly they were integrated into the venue. Communication: It was very easy to communicate with one another either via calls or email. She was quick to respond to any questions or provide ideas on how to design different areas of our venue. Setup: Diamant and her team arrived early to the venue to help with setup and ensure that all the floral arrangements were done perfectly. Diamant was absolutely amazing! Our wedding was in January 2018 at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego. Diamant was able to bring the outdoors into our indoor wedding. Diamant is a floral genius!! Leading up to my March wedding, we discussed my vision, shared pics, and she created an inspiration board for me. The inspiration board was an awesome touch because it allowed us to make sure we were on the same page without necessarily incurring additional costs to do floral mockups. Diamant is a wizard with a floral wand. Not only did she STUN us with our unique archway that had florals wrapping through the columns, but she created a canopy of florals for my head table to sit under. My bouquet had the most vibrant arrangement of colors and was perfect and she even KILLED it when we asked her to add flowers to a hoop with ribbon (something we didn't even really know if it was possible). And putting her talent aside, she was thoughtful, careful, and professional.
