THEN they tell me, they dont give antibiotics, until you sign paperwork for $55,000.00 implants or dentures!! Seriously!! I NEVER got any antibiotics and they changed me over $400.. I kept refusing! They tossed out some crazy amount like over $7,000.00 dollars, but my huma insurance pays like $3,000.00, and they gave me some discounts and lowered the bill. I then made it very clear how much will I owe on this bill? They told me and I have all the paper work done by them AND that I would owe $1,600.00 they told me about this care credit card with zero interest for like 18 months. I asked them once again, is that all I owe, and I will owe you nothing. THEY TOLD ME YES THAT IS WHAT MY BILL WILL BE AND NOTHING MORE! THAT BILL WILL BE PLACED ON A CARE CREDIT CARD WITH ZERO INTEREST FOR 18 MONTHS! I would owe only the credit card. Furthermore, I said, ok, let's get the cleaning done, and the crowns put on. Well this clinic keeps sending me a bill for around $775.00 I have called them many times and told them I owe them nothing. I might be taking them to court soon because I am an honest Christian man, and they have made a big mistake, or they are very dishonest and greedy business. I went to them and when we first talked I told them I wanted to do business with an honest dental clinic and one that doesn't overcharge and rip you off. Got fillings done 3 weeks ago and have had terrible toothaches that lead to headaches. Due to covid-19 couldn't be seen unless it was an emergency (understandable). However they had no problem charging me a hefty amount. Didn't get a statement for the previous month which was tacked on to this month's statement. Got the statement on the 27th and was expected to pay by the 31st... Had 3 more fillings to get fixed but will be looking for a more compassionate/professional team.

Upon tepidly entering his office at different times , we were greeted by an exceptional office manager followed shortly by meeting the dental assistant and then Dr. Murdoch. Dr. Murdoch's exam was with the most thorough explanations and dental plan exceeding any past experience with a dentist. The following day a filling was completed where he and his dental assistant worked in harmony without words. Excellent experience. They know what they are doing. Patient care, knowledge and great energy are what stands out the most but being made to feel comfortable and safe, in an otherwise challenging treatment, goes a long way. I have an aversion to dentists from poor treatment as a child but I never worry when I go to Dr. Rietz' office. They are patient first and it shows. They communicate throughout treatment so there is no mystery what's going on. Some of my dental care has been a challenge but they always have an answer. I'm a patient for life.
