It took 11 sessions and a lot of work on my part, following instructions provided with the therapy (posture of course, diligence with icing, and doing my 1 minute of exercises several times a day). I am so thankful! No doctor or procedure can just zap you fixed, especially from chronic pain caused by a lifetime of bad posture, repetitive motion, etc., but I know my old fears and doubts of chiropractors is a thing of the past.
