Manager was decently friendly but owner is an ass and will not work with you on anything. Knowingly sells lemons and fixes cosmetic damages only. 3 days after I bought my car the engine started shutting off randomly and was told it wasn't their problem and wouldn't give refund. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! They sold us a 2010 mazda in 2017 that we have spent over 5000 in repairs for. Now after the engine blowing out, we are trying to sell for parts while we still are paying on the loan but these scam artists have title jumped. We have contacted the BBB, the Va motor vehicle dealer board, and the DMV law enforcement to get this issue resolved but in the meantime are paying the loan on a useless car. They have many complaints on the VA attorney general website and with the BBB. We should have done better research before buying from this terrible company. read more

Prices are ok. Once I showed interest they raised the price 500 dollars. Finally settled to the original asking price, and they started adding fees. I couldn't get them to show me the carfax, either. One of my friends posted a review of them on Facebook after he bought a car from them and the transmission went out after less than 100 miles off the lot.
