My company hired Thomas to do the drywall in a total gut an remodel. The boys Thomas hired to do…read morethe work were there early and covered a lot of ground quickly. However, they were VERY wasteful and threw away huge chunks of sheetrock that were usable in smaller areas upstairs. I hauled off a truckload to use at another project we are working on hanging ourselves. (Thomas did reimburse me for the waste in the end) There was a lack of communication between them and Thomas. I had to tell them on a few occasions how I wanted something done after I had explained it to Thomasin the final walk through. One of the kids were caught smoking in the house and after I told all it was NOT allowed, they disrespectfully did it again leaving an energy drink can with several butts in it and ashes all over a window sill. We found 1 butt on the floor in the kitchen as well. The texture was uneven in spots. Broken and blown corners and edges all over. Electrical boxes absolutely filled with mud. (Thomas came at the end and cleaned out some of the boxes. He also left a bucket of primer for me to do a better job before painting, which I appreciated) after painting, my Electrician had to figure out why living room and bedroom was tripping breaker when he hooked it up. He found 2 burried boxes completely filled and smoothed over with mud and texture.

The thing we noticed about the owner is that he always did what he said he would do. Kept his word. We used him for four different jobs. I can't say we ever had any issues that he did not resolve immediately. A couple of other local contractors that had given me bids were way over priced. We felt that we got good value for our dollar.
