This place does not care about the young athletes. They care about making money and nothing else. You have to pay your coaches at the 8-9 year old level. There is no competition. Rec teams have to play older, club(select) teams. There are actually games that are 25-0 but they stop keeping score at 10. The refs don't know the rules for the age group they are umping because they move them around so much. Again, I cannot stress this enough. They care about the money and nothing else. Also, there are bolts and nuts exposed so keep and eye on your toddlers. This place is not kid friendly. read more

My daughter has been playing soccer here for 3 years now and really loves it! She is 6 years old and plays on Saturday afternoons and has a great time here. Its indoors but it is very hot. They do not have effective air conditioning so it's not much better than outside except it is out of the sun. The big reason I am giving this facility 2 stars is the fact that the refs do not know What they are doing. They don't call they should I really do not believe they know what The rules are. They also put a beginner teams in with select teams. So they end up getting 30 points and our team gets 2 or 3. They tell us they are not going to do that but every year they do. You can never get someone to answer the phones or answer questions and that is also very frustrating. This place has potential but it needs someone managing it that cares what he is doing. Someone that will hold his people accountable and make sure the employees are trained and it's fair and consistent for all the teams. read more

I found it impossible to get a call back or email reply from this place. I tried for WEEKS to get my child signed up and never once recieved a call back after my husband and I both leaving several voicemails. The one time that I called and someone did pick up, I was told 'no' without the person asking a single question like what the age of my child was. It seems pretty clear to me that Blue Sky isn't interested in my money or providing a service to the parents or children of the community they reside in. read more

If you are looking for the worst run indoor soccer facility in the area, Keller Blue Sky and their management team are it. They never answer their phone, they think it's appropriate to have a winning team in first place in the league not be given the decent custody to move back a game 30 minutes bc they have their hands in the pocket of the other team coach who loves swearing at young girls. Our young girls had to play short for the first 1/2 to not forfeit. Then they never check the rosters so they allow others to play. Horrible place and would never recommend or play there again. read more

Signed up for an adult league which was supposedly beginner, it's obvious that they don't vet the beginner part. Secondly, I was on a team that had 6 people play every week. So while other teams who have 10-15 and can sub out, we had to play the whole game which isn't fun at all because you get gassed 4 minutes into a 40 minute match. Two forfeits because some players decided it wasn't worth playing when you can only enjoy a few minutes of the game. They charged $95 total to play and it was not worth $20 with how the season went. I WOULD NOT PLAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IF YOU'RE AND ADULT! Waste of time; waste of money. read more

Nice little sports center located off Golden Triangle Blvd in Keller. We are used to our kids playing in the fields around this sports center which are well kept and nicely maintained. This was our first time inside since we were watching a friends child play indoor soccer tonight. The facilities are nice. There is a large soccer field and a small one for the little kids to play. They rotate games quickly but it seems organized. There is a small area for 5 and under children to play while their siblings are playing soccer. You have to monitor them though - not childcare. There is a concession stand inside that seems fairly large and well stocked (it takes debit/credit cards which is nice). I didn't use the restrooms so I can't speak of the cleanliness as far as that is concerned but the rest of the place seemed fairly clean. My daughter played in the practice area where you can't wear shoes and her feet were black when we left .... ick! Overall, a decent facility. The staff at the front desk (once we found someone) were informative in giving us information regarding next seasons registration. Nice enough that I would sign my child up to play here. The teams are split based on age and the coaches are all volunteer. Since we aren't on a team, I can't speak to the sign up process and how that part goes but I would be willing to try signing up through this place in the future. read more

I would never recommend this place. We played one season here and the people who work here are grumpy and rude. I had an issue and emailed owner and she was incredibly condescending. It was clear customer service is of no interest to these people. After researching I learned this seems to just be the case as others had similar experiences. Go somewhere else. Not impressed with this facility at all. We have played here for. Few seasons, hopping back and forth between Stampede and BlueSky. Communication at this facility is lacking big time, we call and no one ever answers the phones. We registered for a summer 2 session and they automatically assumed we would register for the fall season and went ahead and listed the team for fall also. Uh no. Very unorganized, and too much back and forth BS, this is the only facility in the area so not much of a choice as far as indoor soccer goes. I understand that being a ref is hard. Yelling parents on one end and yelling coaches on another end but you have to keep an eye on the kids playing but come on. We had a player get stomped on the back of the knee when they were already down, the ref only blew the whistle because all you could hear was the ear splitting scream from the injury, another girl was rammed in to the wall and we saw her head slam in to it and then she was in the ground, and they didn't stop the game for that either. When coaches tell the refs to make calls it's not to be a jerk, ITS TO PROTECT THE PLAYERS. And then having the ref tell the coaches to shut up? So let me get this straight, you want them to respect the coaches and staff but when the referee spits fire back it's okay? Certainly not ideal and certainly does NOT make this a safe facility to play at. And the turf SUCKS. As much money as they make they need to replace it a little more often. (which we did receive word they at about to do soon) Get it together BlueSky. Better off spending the extra few bucks and going to Stampede or GameOn TBH. read more

The only reason people play here is the location and lack of alternatives. Absolutely nothing to offer in terms of customer experience. This place is dirty, the staff is full of young kids who don't care about their jobs and have no idea how to operate a league, and the manager has no idea how to manage people, leagues, tournaments, or relationships. Go to Stampede in Southlake if at all possible for a better all-around experience for you or your kids' team or league! read more

My grandson was registered for the SUMMER I 2021 Kicks Academy Class on Tuesdays. I had complained about the way the coach was running the session. The kids were 5 and 6 years old and he was running it like it was a club practice for older kids. I brought this to Karen (general manger) attention and she said the coach would be talked to and to call her after the next session. The next session was exactly the same. I tried several times to get in touch with Karen. I left her several voicemails. I asked if I could move my grandson to the Thursday session, or get a refund for the remaining sessions. I never heard back from her. I tried emailing Ben, the manager below Karen, and still have no response to any of my emails or phone calls. I have been around club soccer for over 15 years, and I've actually run a program for this age group. The way their coach was running the sessions is not how it should be run at this age. Most of them don't have the attention span to stand in line and wait their turn to do a drill. They have to be taught through fun soccer activities. I can appreciate that the coach has club experience, but it isn't needed at the ages of 5 and 6 when they are just trying soccer for the first time. I do not recommend taking this class unless you find out the specifics on the coach. Big waste of my time and money!!!!!! read more

If I could give this place a 0 I would sadly after so many years of playing and coaching soccer here. My sons team played lat night in a championship game age 6. Three kids left with bloody noses from the players throwing elbows up after they made a play, one kid was hit into the wall so loud all of the parents from both sides stood up yelling for the ref to check on him got dizzy from it and couldn't play, another kid got the wind knocked out of him. All while the ref called 8 fouls the entire game at the end of the game that the team only had 3 players left who weren't hurt... The manager was watching in the corner by the score board but saw none of this happen.... BOTH teams asked the manager on duty to get another ref he told us if we wanted to remove our kids we could. I personally removed my child 8 min into the game. He told me by the cameras nothing was wrong with the game after a 6 year old got knocked out by another kid boarding him. As a parent this is the worst thing to hear. Your child's safety doesn't matter. The ref asked him if she should card the player he said he didn't know because he didn't see it yet was watching on the side? Too many other places to have your kids play soccer that care about safety of the children. If I was the owner of this Blue Sky I would be rewatching the game and figuring out how five six year olds left hurt in a 4 v 4 game. I would be asking how my management team was "watching a game" and three kids left with blood on jerseys at age 6! I have never experienced this before but as a parent I would like to warn other parents. read more

Absolutely a nightmare. The staff there is ridiculous and it's no wonder why after talking to the director. You pay for a full season and they schedule 8 am games but not a single employee shows up to open the door so you just drug your kids out of bed for nothing. This place is so unorganized. I got an email saying all the teams had coaches. Never heard from a coach. Emailed and called (several times) and never got one single reply!! We showed up to NO COACH! The guy at the front took my info to have Sierra (the person in charge) call me. She never did! I emailed Karen Elmore, never got a reply. This place is a joke! I don't know how they stay in business. Do not waste your time or money! Here we are...another Sunday and more information comes out about what a poorly organized place this is! While our team has SIX players assigned to it, other teams have TEN!!! Here is the list of excuses I've received so far: *These are all late register kids--not mine! *They are understaffed--again, why is that my problem? *Some of the teams return as teams--ok? So how is it fair that some teams have 10 players and we only have an assigned 6 players...that's 60%...so if putting teams together was an assignment Blue Sky would be failing! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! read more

My team has played at this location for 4 seasons now. Up to the current season we have not had issues. Sure the refs can be a little inconsistent with their calls, but I am sure Bluesky does not pay for the best. For example, one game I lost my footing while contending for the ball against the opposition and fell to my knee and was given a blue card and sent to the penalty box for 2 mins... Whatever, not a huge deal. If that is how they want to call it then so be it. What is disappointing is that a game later a player on the opposing team, within the first 3 mins of the game, locked up with one of our defenders and started punching him... yes, he was literally throwing punches into our player's arm. Once our player broke free, the same guy hit our player in the back with a over head downward strike with his fist. Keep in mind all of this was in front of the ref. The two players were fighting for the ball. This was not on the other side of the field where the ball was not. The ref blew her whistle and gave my team the ball. The player was not removed from the game, nor was he even penalized (not that 2 mins in the box is anywhere close to the degree of punishment befitting this attack). Our entire team yelled at the ref to remove the player and she ignored our team and kept the game going as if nothing was wrong. Are you kidding me??? On top of that the same guy taunted our player at half time to come fight him on the field. This was also done in front of the ref and also not punished. I could understand if our player had retaliated in anyway, but he did not. In no way did our player retaliate other than outplaying their team and dribbling through every player they had. Not seeing a manager there that night, I sent an email to two of the managers. I explained the situation in full. A week later, and I still have not heard back about this incident. They have sent out events coming up from their manager's email, so I know they have seen my report and choose to ignore it. My team will be looking to moving to another facility after this season. The management cares about the safety of players and image of their facility about as much as the ref who made the call. To the management team: in no way should a player assaulting another player at your facility go ignored. You are breeding acceptance of violence. The player should be removed from the game, the facility, and never allowed back. read more

Tiny Kicks - BEWARE - We enrolled our toddler into the Tiny Kicks program and it was such a scam. While I completely understand that at this age the program was meant to be just an introduction to soccer, it was not even that. In general it was a $60 play group. The kids did not get any degree of instruction or guidance. Blue Sky basically provided a inside field for 20-30 mins each Saturday. The parents were responsible for volunteering and coordinating the team practices, etc. We went through a couple of coaches where they quickly figured out this program was a joke as well. We repeatedly talked with the manager at Blue Sky and she was quick to constantly explain this was a introduction to soccer and this is all you should expect. She refused to listen to the customers and continue to uphold this program. Even when we tried to explain that we were not even seeing the "introduction" part, she would talk right over you. We gave the program a valiant effort but after a few weeks we felt a refund was in order. Unfortunately, this was declined by the company as they continued to stand behind the "introduction" idea and this is what we should have expected. This has been a unfortunate experience for our child. I would not recommend this organization to anyone. read more
