My mother is somewhat of a newbie and they work with her each visit to find the perfect module, flavors, and coil so each pull is to perfection! The establishment is up to code from practices to signage, hygienic, spacious and has something for every aspect of the spectrum. They even call when something she wants comes back in stock-- that's exceptional customer service and beyond the standards of what is required. Kenneth (the assistant manager) is notable to mention as I trust him to assist my mother when I'm not around; he is the golden standard for going above and beyond, setting the tone for the employees and empowering them to do the same! I highly recommend this store over the neighboring ones and I restock each visit to Florida.

I love the area & the stage. Inside they offer a viewing room to watch people blow glass! Very interesting process and beautiful to watch. Honestly educational. They sell beautiful glass pieces ranging from all different type of prices and different type of styles. My husband started a beer tab and that was even more impressive and made this place even more unique. They have a really fun way of pouring beer. You start a tab with a specific amount (probably start with a $20-$30 tab) and you pour yourself your own beer. You can try as many flavors as you want until your tab runs out. Then you go and purchase more on your tab! He said all the beers he tried tasted different and good. I personally got coffee's and omg each coffee was soo good!!
