Update: Lately I've been really disappointed with this clinic. They seem to be short-staffed most days. You're always waiting to be helped and don't even try calling... No one answers the phone anyways. Even the doctors here aren't as good as they used to be. They've seemed to have lost some of the bettee doctors in the last few months and the ones who are there aren't very personable. Hopefully they fix these issues soon, but until they do, I'll likely go to their sister clinic at the Wal-Mart at Albany. read more

I recently went to Blue Spruce for a follow-up appointment that I had made, as last year I had had FOUR laser session treatments on the toes of my right foot, in order to get rid of this toe nail fungus. The procedure can be a little painful, because the person has to go over and over your nails, and the worse the fungus is, the more the machine makes these spark type of sounds, and that is when it hurts. I was hoping to see the same girl that had been treating me when I went to my follow up a week ago, but I had a different girl. I thought I needed a follow up as I had seen little improvement, and I was still experiencing some skin dryness causing the skin on the bottom of my foot to peel in places. (I know, it's gross, but it used to be WAY worse). After examining me in the usual back room, this girl didn't tell me anything encouraging. She felt that I should consult my doctor about the problem. These treatments were not cheap. While I strangely can't find more than one payment which was $74.50, I know I did pay a lot more than that. One treatment the girl gave me for free though. The first time I went there I had a coupon from Groupon or something similar, which helped. While the staff are nice, considering that I had to take 3 buses to get to their location and especially considering the fact that the treatments aren't exactly painless and I STILL have this toenail fungus, I can't honestly recommend them based on my dissatisfaction, as I feel in my case it was a total waste of time. Apparently laser treatments aren't effective on everybody! I've since ordered a product online from the U.S. which I hope gets rid of this. read more

TL:DR=excellent doctor but the office staff are very neglectful and I will be moving on. I really hate to give this place a low score, but I have no choice. The Doctor I saw there was excellent, but as a fellow medical administrative assistant, the office staff might have endangered my health with their negligence. The first time I tried to see a doctor there, I was told that only existing patients in the computer could make an appointment. That's a stupid rule to start with, but I tried to do a walk in. By the time I arrived, they weren't accepting any more walk ins for that day. I filled out a paper with all my current demographic information and booked an appointment. The day of that first appointment, it was scheduled at such an awkward time that I had to book the entire day off work. I arrived on time only to be told that all the Doctor's appointments had been cancelled and they hadn't been able to call me because my phone number was not in service. Turns out I had been in a sister clinic years ago as a walk in and they still had that demographic information in the computer. I asked why they hadn't updated my information with the contact info I had handed in a few days before and where that paper was now. They couldn't answer. I updated my info with them and made a new appointment. The next appointment I arrived early but wasn't seen till an hour after my appointment time, which, to anyone trained in the field, means that they are overbooking their doctors. The Doctor was nice and I showed him a mole that I was concerned about as it was irregular and had discoloration. He said he would be happy to biopsy it for me. I made an appointment for the biopsy and was sure to let the front desk staff know that was what it was for. They didn't pay any attention to my telling them it was for a biopsy, though. When I arrived early to my next appointment, they were not prepared for the procedure. It was a shock to them. My appointment ended up being delayed over 2 hours, past the time of closure, to perform the biopsy. I was told that they'd phone me if there were any significant results. That was in early June. I next heard from them was in mid November when the doctor himself called me and said he didn't know why I hadn't been called much sooner, but there were troubling results from the biopsy and he was referring me to a dermatologist. He said that I should be contacted with an appointment within a couple of weeks. I still haven't heard anything. The office staff have literally put my life at risk from cancer. I will be looking for a new clinic and, if there is any adverse health effects from their neglect, I will be talking to a lawyer. read more

Amazing Dr. Adebayo. He treats you like you are family, I moved to South , its hour drive from my place but my family refuses to switch doctor. My wife and sister goes to their Cosmetic and Laser clinic and always get amazing rates and service. Definitely recommend. read more

Dr. Boychuck and all of the front staff are nothing short of fantastic! I have never had a problem here and, in fact have always been treated with kindness and respect. I am sorry to see some people have had some trouble here. That certainly has not been my experience. Recommend without any hesitation. read more

Been going to this clinic for a few years, it's come a long way. The staff are a lot better, very friendly. This clinic has everything you need for health issues, I have had my boys go to this clinic as well. Dr.Adebeyo has many machines, & knowledge when it comes to health. He can help with anything. I really wish they had 7 days a week, as they're close to home. The wait time is short. I'll be going back for all my health needs. He has a pharmacy next door I'm not to fond of, as I went for a prescription & my bank card was acting strange, rather than allow me to come back with the money, I had to leave my prescription of anti biotics all weekend, poor boy suffered with an ear infection. I would go to a different pharmacy, she's got zero compassion for people. All about the all mighty dollar for her. However she's got nothing to do with the clinic, so I give this clinic a 5 star! The fast, friendly medical service is great. read more
