However, the next visit was a different team so i had to explain to them what i needed done. I called Crystal and said please send team 7 from now on or cancel. She agreed and said OK. The next time was great with team 7. A couple weeks later Crystal informed me there was a scheduling change to the next visit and they changed my std Thursday morning at 11 to another day and time which didn't fit my schedule. Yesterday, March 2, 2026 Rachel called to say there is another scheduled change and they can't come this Thursday unless they send a different team. Her reasoning is because since I switched to once a month they can't guarantee what team comes (there are only two of us so bi weekly was overkill at $170 for a 1 hour cleaning visit). I was already on the books FOR A MONTH for team 7! And what difference does it make how often my service is? You can't just shuffle people around like that. So 3 of the 5 visits were adjusted to fit them not me. We have schedules too that we work around to fit them in. I'm so mad at them, I canceled my service and will go elsewhere.
