Second crown in a month, these guys are awesome. Crowns in office so there's very little wait time. The fees seem normal and reasonable. I'll be getting a cleaning someday but only after this emergency work is done LOL. Care quality is perfect. read more

The care has always been exceptional. Dr, Becker is a very good dentist and also personable.However, the office team is another story. Don't take them at their word for appointments or financing. I've had two jaw dropping (pun intended) experiences. Two or three years ago I had an appointment at 5:00 pm, at 5:30 I asked if they knew I was there and the receptionist asked me my name which I had given upon arriving . She went to check and when she came back she said they had another lady with the same name already in the chair. She checked to see whose appointment it was and it was, indeed mine. Then she preceded to tell me I'd have to reschedule. I felt they should have stayed late and taken me after the other woman, after all it was their fault. Just exactly how they did that when they call the day before, sounds fishy to me. The second time was in March of this year (2026). I need some new teeth and he had me make an appointment back in January and gave me a price. We worked out a payment plan and I came back on my scheduled day . They took the scans and everything seemed fine until I got to the desk and asked how much for my first payment. The girl looked up and to my surprise she said they weren't taking payments. I explained we had worked out a payment plan.They know me well so I asked why she didn't call me and she said they didn't know until that morning that they weren't taking payments anymore.I told her I couldn't hand over the half down so it was a no go. I was upset to say the least. After I got home I realized I didn't tell them not to send in the scans so I called them. After telling her to tell the dentist not to send in the scans I asked her if I could ask her a question and she said "yes". I asked her again why she didn't call me before my appointment and she said " we didn't know until right before you came in". I didn't say anything but I was just thinking , "get your story straight" . read more

First time at the Office today and I was very impressed. When I arrived, I was taken on a quick tour of the facility, explained all the different work that can be done and was given a gift bag. Everyone was extremely nice! I had my exam and all work that needed to be done was clearly explained to me. The facility is very nice and quite high- tech. Usually the phrase, "Treated like Family" are only words of marketing. With Dr. Becker and his staff, these words are actions of sincerity. I was a walk-in from finding them on the internet. Never before have I been treated so well - "like Family". I was given a tour, a gift bag, and TIME. Dental Assistant Amy asked me questions with no rush or judgement And, talk about No Rush -- Dr. Becker spent well over 30 minutes with me explaining by teeth and my future dental health. He brought me samples of different ways to go with combinations of implants and dentures. I learned a lot, and felt like I mattered. I was undeniably impressed and grateful. read more

I really liked Dr Becker's assistant. The employees were very nice. I do cringe at a health facility's employees not being staunch supporters of wearing masks out of care for their patients, no matter what their own personal political beliefs are. I really liked Dr Becker, too, however the way he has handled the fact that he injected me with botox in the wrong place for my bruxism/tmj syndrome/jaw clenching has been TERRIBLE. I cannot recommend him to anyone. I chose Dr Becker because he came up as certified by the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, and I choose to see dentists who are AAFE certified for my botox, since it is much less likely they will screw up my face. I moved to this area, and found Dr Becker, who fit my regular criteria. Unfortunately that did not go like it should have. It seems he injected my Risorius muscles instead of my superior masseters, and now my smile is distorted. This is affecting my job, of which a BIG part is facial expressions, and comforting patients-- I work virtually, so I do not wear a mask, and I work in a lot of situations where comforting patients and families is imperative (e.g. end-of-life). He has f*cked up my FACE. I called after 2 weeks when I first noticed it, and was told that it would wear off by a month, and to use heating pads on the areas. I waited 2 more weeks and called back and said nope, I still can't smile properly anymore. They made an appointment for me to come in. I arrived early, and sat in the waiting room with zero other patients there for over half an hour after my appointment time, before leaving. They cared so little, they didn't follow up. I had already expressed how upset I was about this botched job multiple times between the phone calls and upon my arrival at the office. Nobody has seemed to care. I haven't gotten so much as an *apology*, much less a refund considering my jaw clenching was NOT resolved, and now my job is impacted by his piss poor work, and my stress is higher than ever because there's absolutely nothing i can do about this until it wears off, which will be MONTHS. I'm pissed and I want my money back. I went for a second opinion, to another dentist, also AAFE certified, and who does botox for the same purpose, and she has verified I was injected incorrectly. She asked me to give her a chance to contact Dr Becker, which I allowed her to do. After she spoke to him, she called me back a few days later to make sure Dr Becker had called me, as he had apparently told her he was going to do. He has not. It has been weeks, and he still has not. This new dentist has followed up with me multiple times, providing the aftercare Dr Becker and his staff should have. She waived her $100 initial consult charge. She has offered me free laser services (since I will not risk getting botox ever again, despite much success many times in the past) to reduce my discomfort. She is doing everything Dr Becker failed to do, and she is attempting to clean up *his* mess from *his* shoddy work. Edit: I should also add that what I thought was amusing at first now makes more sense-- my first visit, Dr Becker said he sometimes lets his assistant finish up his botox work, even though she can't legally do it, because it's such an "easy" job. Then he asked me what I do for a living, because "if you said lawyer, i was gonna be like 'shit'". It's pretty funny. Until you get f*cked up botox because it's just not that serious to the guy. read more

Dr. Becker has been my dentist for close to twenty years. He has taken care of me through various cavity fillings, root canals, and even braces when I was a teenager. He genuinely cares about your dental needs and is very straightforward about a recommended plan of action. However, he is never pushy if it isn't an affordable option and always tries to work with each patient to guarantee their teeth are well taken care of within their financial means. I cannot recommend his dental clinic enough. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Becker since I was a little kid. I have been living in Texas for 4 years and have tried 3 different dentists and I will not let anyone touch my teeth besides him and Denise!
