I have nothing but good things to say about Blue System International! They were able to help me find my Chevy Tahoe 2016 in a little bit more than 24 hours. They did everything possible for me to get my Tahoe back in my possession! But first let me tell you! At first I had a lot of doubts about what I was going to do with my case. I called the police and they couldn't help me because my Tahoe was not technically stolen. I had been trying to contact the person that had my car in their possession  without much luck since the end of 12/2018. I came to find out late 02/2019 that this person was not residing in the home that she had been living in for a while. This person had completely relocated almost 60 miles from where she was previously living. This person was dogging my calls, texts messages, and my social media contact attempts.  I no longer knew what to do with my case. I wanted my car back and I couldn't get it.  Finally! After, 2 weeks of trying to locate this person on my own and losing all HOPE!  I googled a PI in my area and Blue Systems International popped up as a recommendation from google. I at first was very skeptical because I saw so little reviews on this PI company; I googled them, I went through yelp, I checked if the license was not expired online, read some of the success stories that where on the Blue systems international website and I still felt like maybe this wasn't the right choice. I had conversation with my sister and I was like Yolo lets go see if we can check it out and see who I have been communicating with over the phone with. I got to the office and was immediately directed to MJ's office. I had already done all my research and I had spoken to MJ over the phone and I was still not convinced this was real. With hesitation and hope that this was the real deal and that he was going to help me I agreed to continue with my investigation. I signed my agreement and within an hour he sent Julio over to scope out the person's new residences and see if my car could be located. Even though I was still skeptical about it I was able to sleep a little more that night than I had been in a while. The next day came along and later that afternoon and agent had LOCATED MY CAR! I was the happiest woman EVER EVER EVER! I was so happy I took a leap of faith! MJ was amazing! He got my car back that night! I want to thank him for being professional, Charismatic, and very reassuring!  I was such an Amazing Experience given the circumstances of the case! Yesterday, I was in a hit and run accident and MJ was there and caught everything on camera and took pictures of the person who hit me and her car, license plates. He did this with out me even knowing. I pulled over to a gas station and 2 minutes later Mj pull's up next to me and introduced himself to me and told me that he took pics for me and caught everything on his camera. He stayed there with me the whole time until the police came and talked to the police and told them what he saw and gave them pictures and the video. It's so nice to know that there are people out there who care about others whom they have never met before! He was so nice and was giving me great advice on what to do ! We hired this company to locate and serve a restraining order to the man who harassed, swindled, threatened, and stole from my mom. The total cost was an upwards of 10k, for the time spend on the case. Even if they do nothing for you, they charge. Not only did they not serve the guy, they made the situation worse. The investigator ruined any chance of serving him by setting up a shady meetup, but the guy didn't show up because he knew something was up. This company did nothing for us. They didn't tell us anything about the guy that we didn't already know. I called the investigator to inquire about the exorbitant charge even though they produced zero results. He said he would call me tomorrow but he never did. I tried to call back but no answer. Blue systems are crooks, just as bad as the people they investigate. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. It's already hard to go through court issues but dealing with this private investigator just added to it. I did not receive the agreed upon documents that I paid for. Michael said I would need to pay $300 more then a few days later it was $600 more. Pay a little extra and take your business elsewhere. Don't fill out their on line form with your most personal info- esp related to you safety- unless it's OK with you to have all purported 'failsafe secure' info unexpectedly sent back to you in open email! ASK TO SEE PI LICENSE. Their 'agents +assistants' who you are assigned are NOT LICENSED FOR PI but process servers +similar. They have 'offices' listed which are not offices at all. And there is ZERO security in communications and for meetings. They refused to even use encrypted phone app! Plan to meet out in an Orange public park! And you'll get address to park after being left a couple of hours hung out in your car waiting for this 'secure location' (only agent has access to) to be sent by text- which doesnt come til you call. Promises on phone are undeliverable. Big talk. Little skills for real life danger. They themselves pose a form of danger imo bc they are inept for serious situations but brag on capabilities they don't have. They have no professionalism. I feel horrified how badly they compromised me in terms of security. They are your opponents' best friend bc they lack of modern day skills other than great internet presentation. No depth to them but they can talk a good one. Iv demanded my input info deleted from their files but they have not. God help us. Addendum: SAME ppl advertise as Orange County Private Investigator. Very lengthy accusation of scam, fraud, incompetence by a client victim posted there. Also, Peter showed a metal badge mounted on case w star of law enforcement. He held it up but away. I moved in to examine it +it said "Process Server". Fake. There is no such official badge legitimately.They also threatened me w criminal +civil process for sending 1 sentence request to remove my personal data from files.
