When we went in they were extremely efficient in sorting everybody out on changeover day. The equipment was of good quality and when they didn't have the right size skis for one of our party they opened new ones. They are all rented out electronically, so you don't have to fill in loads of forms, and if you find something isn't right and want to swap when you return to the shop they scan your items and the new ones and add them to your order.
