This ski hire shop is located right at the bottom of the Planai gondola and is very convenient for…read morepicking up and dropping off you skis and stuff. When we went in they were extremely efficient in sorting everybody out on changeover day. The equipment was of good quality and when they didn't have the right size skis for one of our party they opened new ones. They are all rented out electronically, so you don't have to fill in loads of forms, and if you find something isn't right and want to swap when you return to the shop they scan your items and the new ones and add them to your order.

Christmas present ruined and I'll never recommend anyone to use them after this.

They will reply with something like 'we are all learning since Brexit transition" but then they will not actually help me or advise me in any way to get the product back to them and get my refund. I was advised to write "recent return item on the product" again useless and customs sent it back. Severly lacking actual proper technical advise or support. Rude customer advisers. Patronising responses after bad reviews and I will be posting many! Avoid is my advice go with a brand that care and look after their customers.
