He then brought out 3 pairs of boots, none of which were a perfect fit, and made zero attempt to tweak, adjust, figure out the problem or to come up with a solution. He basically said take it or leave it. It was a busy day and I suggested maybe I should come back when it's less busy and he replied that it wouldn't make a difference!
