We love this restaurant, however we had a very, very bad experience here on February 19th, 2022. We are members at High Point Country Club. Blueberry's Cafe is the contracted food vendor that serves the food at the clubhouse restaurant in High Point Country Club. We have restaurant vouchers from High Point Country Club which the owner of Blueberry's (Elias) assured us we could use at the restaurant. We have used these vouchers several times in the past at Blueberry's with no problems or issues. Today however, the server Andrea refused to accept the voucher. She was quite rude, condescending and loudly spoke over us numerous times. I asked to see a manager, she refused to get one. I told her that the other waitress who was working behind the counter knew how to handle the vouchers and had done so for us several times in the past, she refused to ask her. Finally, I asked for Elias, the owner, she stated he wasn't there. I asked Andrea for his cell phone number so I could call him, she stated they had no way to contact him, I'd just have to wait until he comes in. I finally told her to take the voucher, or we were leaving. She refused and we left without paying. I called the restaurant on Saturday 2/19 and Sunday 2/20 and left messages for Elias both times, none have been returned. I just called now on Monday 2/21 and whoever answered hung up on me after I asked for the owner. I have called High Point Country Club and plan on letting them know the situation on Tuesday 2/22 when they re-open after the holiday. It's hard to believe that a server would talk to a customer in this manner while the restaurant was literally jammed packed. This server represents the owner and the establishment. She managed to destroy the reputation of this restaurant in the matter of 60 seconds for me and everyone who was seated near me. Several other patrons who overheard the conversation came to our table after to tell us they heard the exchange and were shocked. read more

We've driven by before and decided to try it this morning for the first time. We should have went somewhere else. We walked in (party of 2) just a few seconds before a party of six and our waitress was their waitress too. We got our drinks but then she disappeared about five or so minutes later she was taking the other tables order then she disappeared again. Finally she came to our table and took our order. When the food came out one of the orders came out wrong so it was reordered and finally we got to eat. We ordered orange juice and milk and their large drink is a tiny small glass, we asked our waitress about the large and she said well that's the large. What a joke! My food was just OK, nothing to rave about at all. We will not be back because there are too many other better options available, Perkins, Skillets, I Hop, Toast, Bob Evans, Cracker Barrel.. Local breakfast joint with huge menu, friendly staff, and decent prices. Plenty of open spaces, clean tables, and expertly cooked pancakes. Me - I had the oatmeal. Loved it and while I still can't understand why places charge $$$ for oatmeal (guys/gals...we can buy a whole box/can of steal cut for what you charge...and the preparation/presentation is THAT difficult!!!)....I still ordered it. Others in my party had stuffed blueberry french toast (OMG), chocolate silver dollar pancakes, and coffee. All of that notwithstanding, I highly recommend it. Great place for breakfast. read more

LOVE this place! 6 bucks for a huge fluffy omelette (that you can customize!) super rich and fresh tomatoes, and very yummy pancakes? YES! Great breakfast spot, and the service was so friendly! Food was alright but the service was absolutely terrible. Very disorganized and a little unsavory service. Some of the men working there had no manners. We ordered the blueberry pancakes and thru were pretty good, just needed more butter. The stuffed French toast was also good. We won't be going back. There are jut better places out there. read more

just tried it for the first time.... tried "moms meatloaf" my mom never made anything like this... was very mushy -like they beat the ground beef in a blender mashed potatoes were good tho and the mushroom gravy had fresh mushrooms my wife had chicken fried chicken she liked hers had no complaints... but the service was below average...but there was also a very very large party there also..but the order taker? took our order and brought out salads and rolls (the rolls were very good tho --fresh and hot) then never came back to clear the plates..then a runner shows up with our dinners and he had no room to put anything down..so we were holding up the salad plates while he put down the dinners then took the salad plates..very uncoordinated.....so it has potential with a little more work it could be decent place as the prices were very reasonable for the amount of food you get... read more

Breakfasr served all day, for lunch they have the normal hamburgers, triple decker sandwhiches and salads of a typical diner and for dinner they serve Greek specialties. My mom, sister, friend and I came here yesterday. We aren't from around Naples, and wanted to find a decent place to get breakfast. By the reviews I was afraid it wasn't going to be too good. However everything we ordered was delicious and fresh, from the coffee, to the eggs. The price was reasonable too! If I'm ever in Naples again I will definitely be back. Blueberry's is a tasty restaurant with a very nice selection and they serve breakfast all day. I really like that they automatically bring each table an appetizer of pita bread, hummus, sour cream and fresh diced tomato, cucumber and onion. The prices are reasonable, the meals run $9 to $12 and most come with a soup or salad. Their chicken noodle soup is awesome. The service is good and the restaurant has a very nice atmosphere. Blueberry's Cafe is my family's favorite place to eat every Sunday. My children loves bacon omelets, greek omelets and my little one loves their blueberry pancakes, any skillets option in the menu and I personally loves their greek salad, I crave for it every day, super delicious. Every now and then the owner is very energetic to expand upon the menu to accommodate for the tastes for everyone. Price is very affordable. I went here for the first time today and it was great! The food was delicious, the portions are plentiful, and the service was fantastic! Since I was dining alone, I was seated immediately at the far end of the counter. I was able to place my order right away and I received my meal very promptly. My server/waiter, Eros (sp?), was very polite and attentive and got me everything I needed, including crispy potatoes. I would definitely come back! read more

Great spot to have breakfast. Right on Tamiami (Hwy 41) in Naples with good parking. The restaurant is bright and cheery and the service is fast and friendly with a wide range of breakfast options. I particularly like their corned beef hash but have tried several other breakfast dishes and all are good. Price is about $10 each with coffee and taxes. Very crowded on Sunday at brunch time as the locals and snowbirds are most familiar with it. read more

Not a pleasant experience. The front of the house so extremely disorganized, so the wait for a table was much longer than it needed to be. The inside of the restaurant is not as cute as the outside and smells a little moldy. Once seated, we had a long wait for cutlery, water and coffee. We ordered 2 breakfast skillets with poached eggs and waited for almost half an hour. The eggs were poached ok, but served on a small bed of sopping wet vegetables. Unimpressive. The only positive things I have to say are that the prices are very moderate and the orange juice is fresh squeezed. read more

A party of 11. We called ahead of time and was told not to worry that they were not busy. When we arrived, they had not had our table setup, which we were ok with since there were at least 50 seats available. The young lady, who clearly lacked experience, asked the busboy to squeeze 11 seats in an area for no more than 9. When I suggested to just leave the original setup of two 6-seat tables, the young lady said they could not do that cause they may have another party of 6 come in. MIGHT!?! Are you kidding me?! We are paying customers at the establishment who we decided to leave due to the lack of common sense and service. Wonder if that party of 6 ever got there. read more

What happened to this place? It has always been our favorite breakfast restaurant. They have packed in tables with more seating. The place was packed and I can only guess that they simply can't keep up with the busy season. My husband and I waited for 1/2 hour for a table. We were next on the list. But a group of four had just arrived and were seated immediately. They were even surprised that they got the only vacant table. We ordered eggs, sausage and bacon, potatoes and pancakes. Food was cold. Bacon wasn't even close to fresh and hard as a rock. The pancakes didn't taste like their usual pancakes and weren't even cooked through. The bottom of them was pure white. My plate came with tomato slices instead of potatoes. I'm sure they would have fixed it if I had been able to tell someone. The waiter was in a huge rush and couldn't be stopped. Also, my pet peeve in restaurants is when you can see greasy fingerprints on the edge of the plate. My plate did not look clean. It was all so gross. read more
