It appears a very busy clinic with a good following or perhaps others are on to the helpful Sunday secret too! Either way they got my cat in at short notice which I am very grateful for. Despite the growing number of people in the waiting room Dr Callan and receptionist Trish were beyond patient and took the time to give each and every one of us their full attention. Trish had possibly the most pleasant demeanour I have ever come across. Absolutely lovely, professional and caring. Vet costs are the icky side of owning a pet but of course necessary. We were given a low and high end quote depending on what was found. Unfortunately it went to the high end with potential surgery down the track but as mentioned above I was glad someone was open to see my little man. I would highly recommend this clinic. Granted it has only been the one visit but they left a positive impression.

Thankfully a quick call to the team at Hamilton Vet Clinic to discover they do dog grooming and a short car ride to Hamilton later, we were warmly welcomed into the clinic. In 10 minutes we'd been entered into their system and the furball had his nails back to an acceptable level. The team at Hamilton Vet made it seem effortless on a morning when, with a waiting room full of a zoo of animals, they were run off their feet.
