Great Counselor, I'd go back if her billing office isn't suffering from some type of rectal…read morecranial inversion. $217 somehow became $599. If learning why I get suicidal sometimes is going to be countered by depression brought on by my fiscal failures is it really worth it? I'm taking a hard pass, you might do better. I, however, am not giving odds.

I had to call the secretary several times, and she had no idea what our child was even being tested for and neither did we. This should have been a warning sign of Dr. Christina Della Nebbia's negligence and lack of compassion towards mental health. We finally received a phone call with a testing date that would be from 9am until 2pm last year, yet again the secretary had no idea what our child was being tested for and this was not discussed in the initial appointment either. We arrived on the testing day full of hope as someone else would be helping with the testing, and we were handed some forms as well; however, we still didn't know what tests our child would complete. During the time our child was in the back taking these tests, the secretary along with some employees were eating chocolates that contained alcohol. We didn't think much about the conversation, but when we wanted some answers to our questions, we were treated as if we inconvenienced their current gossiping session. After our child completed the testing, we were told what the next steps would happen and what was ruled out for now. The assistant also went over observations and THEN told us what tests were given to our child. The fellow doctor assisting Dr. Della Nebbia stated we would be called back with a follow up appointment to go over the results in 4-6 weeks. We left the office then with hope. Then four weeks had past and we had not been given any updates. We were told by the secretary to email the assisting doctor and Dr. Della Nebbia. The assisting doctor responded stating they were finishing up on the report and we should be receiving a call soon. However, a call never came and even after many voice mails to the front office no one responded. THREE and a HALF months later, we received an email of the evaluation. No appointment. No explanation of what the tests discovered. Nothing. Then a voicemail from the office as we were in an appointment, to check our email for the evaluation. First off, that is unprofessional and unethical by all sort of means. Who puts a child through a battery of testing with a known diagnosis of anxiety, and then ghosts them. If Dr. Della Nebbia is a true mental health professional and truly wants to help people then she wouldn't leave them abandoned like that with a child thinking there is something wrong with them. Guess what child never wants to see a therapist again or go through any range of testing? Guess what parent that doesn't want to have anything to do with testing again because that parent had to be convinced as they don't believe in medication or therapy. Thank Dr. Della Nebbia and associates...you just ruined a child and family. Oh there is more! We received a explanation of benefits from our insurance from Dr. Della Nebbia's office stating her office filed a fraudulent claim. I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy. Please do not take your child there. There are likely good people working there, but we had a terrible experience and I know for a fact this isn't how psychological testing should go.
