They seem to always be renovating, modernizing and improving things which is really great and important. The biggest changes I've noticed include the lobby. They even have a local coffee chain location with eager and helpful baristas which is fun for everyone. I can't think of any complaints and I'm sure I'll be back again at some point. It's great having a nice modern hospital conveniently located close by. :)

All looks good, by the way. The facility has plenty of parking, mainly due to the 4-level parking structure next to the main buildings. Inside the lobby area was lightly populated and there is an information desk right in front staffed with a very cheerful and courteous clerk. All floors I visited this morning were clean and spacious. There were signs everywhere, especially ne'er the elevators, to keep me informed of where I needed to go and who was offices on each floor. In the lobby and you travel towards the main elevators, the was a pianist playing on what looked like a grand piano. I like this hospital quite a lot and am very glad to have most of my appointments here.

Brinkhoff may seem like the best physician there, but as someone who was forced to go here since being a child, they do not care. They will force their views and opinions while their psychologist or whoever is the behaviorist there doesn't know the differences between ADHD, ODD, Autism Spectrum or BPD. Quick to diagnose a SIXTEEN year old girl with BPD. People need proper diagnosis and care, this clinic needs to be shut down. Beinkhoff practically calls out every 4 out of the 6 days they're open So shes not the most reliable. These people need their degrees revoked and clinic shut down it's ridicLiliya. Not to mention you can't have a visit with a balance of 150 dollars. So their limit for how much of a bill you can have is also very small in this day in age where everyone Is struggling to afford.

Fast forward to the day prior to the visit I start receiving text messages for check in to my appointment. Okay, a little odd seeing as it's not until tomorrow. Don't people normally check in 15 to 30 minutes prior? So I left it alone thinking that maybe the system was just being a little wonky. The day of my appointment I am very busy at work, trying to get things done before I have to leave early to give myself plenty of time to fill out the new patient paperwork that they informed me of. No sooner had I made it to my car, pulled out my phone... I saw no less than 7 text messages spamming me over the course of 12 hours to check in to my visit, a missed phone call, and the final text stating that they had canceled my appointment. I literally had almost 2 hours before my actual appointment. I talked to the woman who answered the call and she had stated that I had to reschedule. Wouldn't give me a reason as to why, so I asked her if it because I didn't reply fast enough to my appointment reminder? She said no. I went home and told my boyfriend what happened. His response, "Yeah... they do that if you don't answer them." So technically, I'm also dealing with reception lying about the reason for the cancelation. I'm sorry that I didn't respond to the spam. But if I tell you that I will be there at 4:30pm, I'm gonna be there at 4:30pm to fill out the new patient paperwork for my appointment that you scheduled at 5:00pm. For those that can't make their appointments when they say they can be there, well... that is a "them" problem and should be handled accordingly. I think its disrespectful to the client to expect them to respond to them outside of the window discussed and then cancel their visit because they didn't text back when you wanted them to. Had they left it alone I was actually scheduled to arrive just after 4pm giving me plenty of time to fill out their paperwork. Unsolicited, she provided times for a new appointment. But I told her that I was so irritated with the situation that I would call them back when I wasn't so irritated. Right now, I am on the fence as to whether I really want to.

I was having severe abdominal pain and had been vomiting yellow bile for 24 hours and told her that and she kept asking me same questions then getting mad with attitude;my family in the room was appalled by her behavior or lack of besides manner. I kept throwing up in the room and shrinking in pain asking telling her my throat is burning from the vomit and I need to clear it could I have water or ice chips and she was no bc doctor hasn't seen me. It was 3 more hours before the doctor came in and addressed me. With same question and if I do drugs I said no then they asked my family if I always behaved this way which is no bc I've only been to er twice in my life . Then they kept asking that over and over again like I was faking it. Either way when someone's literally in pain they can not bear to jump to that concussion with out properly assessing shows how this facility doctors take care of their patients especially when they can run a simple test on samples I provided and know 100% I telling the truth. Also would like to point out I work in hospital labs as a MLS and find how they handled my blood and samples against regulations. How can the leave blood in my room and tell me my lab work came back normal then when I asked about the vials filled on counter said it's just extras. If those are extras they drew a rainbow but didn't send the rainbow but only two. In the end my throat is soar for vomiting bike constantly and not being able to clear from my throat for over 4 hours from arrival, when I left I was still unable to eat or drink without throwing up but my abdominal pain minimized a little so we decided drive 40 minutes to omaha Va emergency room to resolve the issues and get proper care. I live in Idaho and knowing which facility to go to when have an emergency in Nebraska was hard to know last minute. After working 15 years in healthcare both Nebraska, Colorado and Idaho. I can honestly say this is the most appalling thing I have went through. I find this type of ER being allowed to operate as it is and make excuses for its ridiculous wait times when waiting rooms are empty before entry, and rude nurses/doctors who's job is to help treat and triage the patient allowed to behave unprofessionally. I can honestly say after working in hospitals and standup ERs this hospital is a major liability with anyone capable dying in wait rooms or hallways with the type of staff they hire and how they allow their staff to treat their patients.
