They earned an A+ grade for their work. Todd is the owner, but he works on an equal respect basis with Tom who was his first employee many years ago and Pat. They worked effectively, with mutual standards and perfectionism. His other workers also have a history of working with the Company and quality experience. The job was done extremely well and they cleaned up everything afterward. They also corrected the errors that the roof Company, ignored or did not address, which had caused a major injury and destruction of our gutters. USAA determined that the gutters were totally destroyed by snow/ice sliding into the gutters, which were about five years old. Todd, Tom and Pat had a lot of problems to fix. The cause of our disaster was having a new roof installed by a local Watertown Company. We asked the roofing construction owner three times, if my gutters, which seemed to be too close to the edge of the roof they put on, was risking our gutter integrity. I was concerned that sliding snow and ice could catch them and tear them off. He repeatedly told my wife and I that they were properly located with the roof edge and the gutters would not be touched by any run off. This company has the manpower plus the large, heavy equipment to do any size tree job. From just…read moretrimming large limbs to cutting and removing the largest of trees. Tight spaces do not matter as they can maneuver their equipment to take care of any tree issue without ever doing any damage to surrounding structures. Plus they are respectful of the property and the clean and clear everything they take down. We have 15 acres of numerous large, mature trees and they do the best job we have ever experienced. They respond almost immediately but the wait for them to actually get there and start the job is wholly dependent upon how many jobs are ahead of yours. We waiting about three weeks but could not be more satisfied overall.

Responding to messages! I know! It's crazy right? With all the storms and winter seasonal damage jobs happening they still made me feel important. They scheduled the job and called a couple days before to confirm. My property is on a slope so access to the yard is difficult. Elliot & sons had some of the newest equipment allowing access without destroying the lawn (in the rain no less!) They did all the work expected and a few little extras along the way. Upon finishing they cleaned up the yard and tamped down any ruts. The crew was respectful, friendly and entertaining! As far as cost, the quote was less than I expected. Considering the process just described I think it was some of the best money I ever spent!

Summary: We signed a lease, Ron couldn't honor it and didn't try to help us…read more We signed a lease on 9/16 for a rental house on County Route 46 with Ron. The lease term was set to begin 10/14. Our ideal move in date was 10/1, but this house was exactly what we wanted so we decided to wait in a hotel for the extra time before it was ready. We planned to move in on Friday 10/15. Ron let us know that the current tenant would be moving out on 10/14 so I was a little nervous about the turnaround for cleaning but I saw that he was an active real estate agent in the community so I trusted that he wouldn't give us a lease that he couldn't deliver on. On Tuesday 10/12, 3 days before move in, Ron emailed us and let us know that the current tenant would not move out on time because his new apartment wouldn't be ready. Ron didn't try to call us first or offer anything to alleviate the burden of this change. We offered to allow the current tenant to keep his stuff in the 2 car garage but Ron said no. It really felt like he just sided with the current tenant who was breaking his lease early and also moving out later than the agreed upon date. Our movers were set to come Friday and couldn't reschedule until a much later date so we had to get our security deposit back and find an apartment to move into on 10/15 (with only 2.5 days time to look). I'm not living in a comfortable situation because Ron couldn't follow through on the lease date that he offered. This has been the most difficult and frustrating moving situation I've ever had. Perhaps I dodged a bullet with this management company, but I'm really sad to not be in the house I signed a lease for.
