During my summer 2024 trip to Perugia, Italy, to visit my brother and his family, I had the opportunity to explore this charming city. Perugia, the capital of the Umbria region, is renowned for its medieval architecture and historic landmarks. Its defensive walls encircle a vibrant historic center, where the Priori Palace showcases regional art from the 13th century onward. Piazza IV Novembre is home to the Gothic cathedral, adorned with Renaissance paintings and frescoes, and the Fontana Maggiore, a magnificent marble fountain featuring intricate biblical and zodiac carvings.
While visiting, I noticed my brother had some stunning Persian rugs. Intrigued, I asked him to take me to the place where he got them. He introduced me to MONDO d' ARTE/TAPPETO PULITO, located at Via Colle del Vento 1, s.n.c. - 06131 - Perugia (PG).
There, I met the owner, Mr. Heshmat, who has over 40 years of experience in Persian rugs. His showroom was absolutely breathtaking. Despite his busy schedule, he graciously took the time to explain the craftsmanship and heritage behind each rug. The attention to detail and artistry in every piece was remarkable. What's more, the prices were incredibly affordable, making this one of the best places to find authentic Persian rugs.

Inoltre, i prezzi erano incredibilmente convenienti, rendendo questo uno dei posti migliori per trovare autentici tappeti persiani.
