He did an awesome job and understood what I was looking for within my parameters. David was the project manager who kept the project intact and survived my back seat driving. Whenever I needed something he came through. Ryan was our educator for pool school and brought us smiles and a refreshing energy. He came back quickly when I had left my brain in bed. All of the crew were caring gentlemen. Their courteousness was very grateful from this old lady. Always the area was left clean and prepared for the next part of the project. Whenever and whatever the project required the seamlessly requirement was accomplished. Yes the cost of building a pool threw me for a loop but I was looking at days long gone. We met with Luke and designed our dream pool, as the one we had in our previous home was not to our liking. Everything in the plan we put-together was great. The problem was our site supervisor (Al) who didn't read the plan and failed to put the equipment where we wanted it and how it was illustrated on the plan, instead he put it where he wanted it...I didn't know this until we returned from a vacation. In doing so, he gave us $500 off the price (yippee) and said he could move it a little, but not where it supposed to go. What I am stuck with is exactly what I didn't want---a pool pump running right outside our bedroom window at all hours of the night, and a wife that is not sleeping because of it. So, my choice now is to either use my pool/hot tub when I want to or let my wife sleep peacefully at night and not use the pool/hot tub at all. I am currently looking into what it's going to cost me to get this done the way the plan was originally drafted and signed. My only words of advice when using this company - Be prepared to be your own site supervisor and be home the whole time they're working on it.

Justin himself did this work and was very good at explaining this process which was important to me after just making a major investment in my 25K gallon pool to refinish my pool with a pebble stone finish. After the startup I decided to hire his company to take over the weekly pool service. Justin Miglino also installed the AutoPilot NANO Plus soon after he took over the services. What sets his company apart from other services is that he tracks the pool chemistry (that his technicians report to him) and the technicians he retains to perform the service work. I was very fortunate to have "Will" assigned to my pool. Will does not take shortcuts and is very competent and consistent with the pool cleaning/brushing, water chemical balancing, and pool equipment maintenance. Will is always courteous takes a few minutes to share with me the pool chemistry or key information regarding my salt water system. Lastly Justin always took time to answer my questions via text/phone call promptly and professionally.

After several years we decided to have a pool constructed in 2020-2021. With due diligence I had several quotes from other local establishments, which included Greg. We wound up going with Greg. Joanna, our sales rep was awesome. Her candor was extremely appreciated. From receptionist up to ownership they have been responsive to us - the design was exactly what we wanted. They subcontracted The Porch Factory to complete the enclosure and watched over their progression. Jason has been the on-site manager for Greg and quite frankly, I couldn't ask for a better person to act as a liason. The working staff has been professional as the craftsmanship is impeccable. The job is nearing completion and I can't really say anything less about my satisfaction. Jason was the on-site foreman - he was awesome, the workers were awesome. Five-Stars!!!

I called to see if Chris could help with my hot tub. It's a portable and was tripping the breaker…read more My electrician figured it was the heater so I asked if Chris could replace it. After sending pictures he said it was too old (22 years(!)) and he had never gotten a universal heater to work in such an old hot tub. I was going to dismantle it but tried the breaker one more time and it started back up. Miracle! I just wanted to comment how helpful Chris was and generous with his time (we texted back and forth for probably 45 minutes). I mentioned I had just bought the cover a year or so ago and he even knew people who might be willing to buy it. So, very, very impressed with this company!
