Blue Wave had a price increase and did not notify me of the change in price (increase of 3.04). However, I noticed because I was double billed at two locations (one has a "newer" system). I was refunded only the previous price of $24.95 not the amount that was drafted $27.99. Customer service does not handle these issues if you went to the BW to get a refund and it was wrong. I never believed when people who would say that they would see scratches on their vehicles until I saw it myself today right when my boyfriend and I were drying the truck. The truck is new and these scratches weren't there this morning but we came to wash the truck and we saw these scratches. Very disappointing and sad knowing they won't do anything about it. The car wash broke the wiper system in my vehicle. The wipers no longer work and I have it in the dealer until Friday so they can resolve the problem. I know what the problem is, the wipers got twisted, I saw it happen. "Yeah, I'm rolling" my membership to another carwash. And "rolling" everyone else in the opposite direction of your car washes too. read more

Great, low cost car wash alternative. For $6 you get a great automated cloth wash and free vacuums. The vacuum area is nice and shaded and there are always plenty of spots. I have not tried the more expensive washes with wax, etc. but if they are as good as the basic it would be worth a shot. read more

I tool my x6 bmw and both my rims were scratched. I went back to the trenton location and made a complaint. The next day the manager called me and said they had a video that showed my rims were already scratched. So I decided to go and see the video. Well she lied she didn't have a video of before my car went through the car wash. She denied my complaint. I called corporate and they send me to the location in edinburg. I was there for almost an hour and they said this didn't happen there. They refuse to accept that their carwash scratched my rims. They kept going back and forth and didn't know what to tell me anymore. Worst experience ever!!!!! read more

My wife took her car here and the spinners pulled and damaged the windshield wiper and motor. Manager there refused to take any responsibility for damage and treated my wife rudely. the only reason i gave this place 1 star is because i couldnt give none. my wife washed her suv at this location and the machinery there grabbed and pulled her windshield wiper out so badly it damaged the washer motor. when she confronted the manager about it, he dismissed anything she was trying to explain to him about it and told her it wasnt their problem. she also asked why they taped all the wipers down on each vehicle, and was told it was a "precaution". any business that cares so little about customer satisfaction or has no sense of accountability will not get money from me or anyone else that i can speak to about it. read more

!WARNING! Only use the blue wave express car wash at your OWN risk. My vehicle was completely ruined there back in September. I entered the car wash as I would regularly (annual membership) but this time my vehicle was completely damaged. A truck before me entered with trash in the bed, in this case a fishing hook with a weight was caught onto one of the tumblers and completely battered my new 40k+ vehicle. There was several thousands of dollars of damaged done to my vehicle (over 20+ good sized dents). BlueWave sent me to the bert odgen collision in edinburg to "fix" my vehicle only to make it look worse. The first time they painted it there were drips running down the doors. The second time they painted it, the doors were literally different colors, and the third time they painted it, they left me with a door that doesn't open, a paint job that looks like it was painted by amateurs, and no one from from neither bluewave nor bert ogden to return my calls. The manager Rick Fuentes, 281-059-9239, claim that they are not responsible because they have already paid money to bert ogden, even though they selected them as the place they wanted me to take my vehicle. I was without my vehicle for almost 2 whole months and it still looks like Sh*!. The representative at bert ogden told me that I was the 3rd vehicle to go there that week with damage from the same Bluewave carwash. What is the likelihood that 3 vehicles would go to the same dealership within the same week for work to be done. I can't imagine how many more vehicles they have damaged. I am WARNING everyone to enter that car wash at your OWN risk. If $6 car wash or $15 monthly membership is worth risking that your vehicle will never look the same. Then go right ahead. You have been WARNED. You do not want to find yourself in the situation I am in now. I have called the manager multiple times and texted him multiple times, I have even tried to contact someone at corporate and no one has answered back in weeks. I can't even begin to imagine how much my vehicle has depreciated with how it looks. I'd be lucky to get half of what its worth, FML. I only wished I had been warned. read more
