Unsere Säfte kommen aus der Mosterei Wietz in Kyritz, der Spargel aus Dreetz vom Spargelhof Baselitz, die Pfifferlinge aus den angrenzenden Wäldern, die Kartoffeln vom Bauer Schüler oder vom Kartoffelhof in Perleberg und der Kürbis wird von stolzen Gartenbesitzern geliefert. Den Bärlauch pflücken wir im Frühjahr und verarbeiten ihn zu einer haltbaren Paste. Die Löwenzahnblüten werden zu einem leckeren Sirup gekocht und dann für feine Desserts oder Limonade verwendet. Das Gleiche passiert mit den Holunderblüten. In den Sommermonaten lädt unsere Hofterrasse / Biergarten zum Verweilen ein. The beer (we ordered a Pilsner) was the best that we had tried in all of the Berlin and Dresden restaurants that we visited. I believe it is from some small private brewery affiliated with the restaurant somehow. Whatever they are doing, they are doing it right, so definitely order the house beer.
